Long Yi told Belle about the recent events, and when she learned that Dragon Island had actually dispatched ten thousand pureblood Black Dragons to join the Black Dragon Empire, she wore an expression of incredulity.

"This is simply unbelievable. I find it hard to imagine any intelligent creature making such a choice. It's absurd that they do not seize the opportunity to save their entire race when it is presented!" Belle exclaimed passionately. In Belle's view, anyone who could aid them to such a degree, like Long Yi, should be treated as a revered friend, even closer than their own kin. Yet, the Dragon Clan chose the opposite path, pushing Long Yi to their opposing side!

"That's why I've always said the Dragon Clan is not smart," Long Yi said with a smile.

"They really are not smart, they're simply foolish," Belle exclaimed, brandishing her tiny fists.
