For as long as i can remember, i've been the epitome of a perfect daughter. Not because i wanted to, but because i had to.
Taught to wear proper fashion trends, noble-fitting etiquette, aristocratic eloquence since 3. Wishy-washy desires were far off the table. Homeschooling was the only option, everything chosen and done for me, even my own friends. The I lacking a companion or family, unwillingly accepted life as a perfectionist from an unbelievably young age. Thanks to that front, i received a stunning visit several months back.
Dark clouds clad a hazy zigzagging sky, shot by tiny flakes of cold crystals. Like every other day, i scurried downstairs, flutter sleeves shaking as i rushed to settle on time. One loud bang, and my bare feet tiptoed over the smooth carpet, across the lounge teeming of mid-century brown couches, and straight to our cerise door.
'Ms Gretchen the tutor is here!," i excitedly thought, whimsically twisting the golden knob.
