Chapter 473- The provocation

Natasha looked at the closed door of the bathroom. She assumed Jeremey was going to come out. She immediately cut the call and put the phone back on the bed after deleting the number from the call list, then walked out in a hurry.

Her heart was pounding in her chest. She came back to the kitchen, her hands shaking. She was terrified that she would get caught. At the same time, she was angry.

Only a couple of minutes were sufficient for her. As soon as the call was connected, she would have asked Earl to come to rescue her. But she had to disconnect the call before it could log in.

Earl would have no way of knowing who had called him. He would dismiss it as a random missed call.

Natasha had her lips pressed together. Her rage was building up gradually. It had to be let loose. Otherwise, it would take the form of a storm within her.

She was almost done cooking baby food when she heard the boys babbling. She went into the bedroom.
