Reward

Alvin stood in front of the hotel room where he had met Brad earlier with a frown on his face when he got no response after knocking for a while.

"Are you here to see someone?" One of the cleaners who was coming out from the next suite asked when she saw Alvin standing there.

"Yes. My sons were here earlier, but now it seems they're not in," Alvin explained.

"They all checked out a while. Perhaps you should give them a call," She explained apologetically before moving away from him.

Why would they leave without him? Alvin wondered with a frown. Perhaps he should have taken Brad's phone number before leaving the hotel earlier, Alvin thought with a displeased frown as he headed for the elevator.

Immediately he stepped into the elevator, the phone Brad had given to him started ringing, so he quickly took it out.
