72 "You're Missing Me?"

Brad grinned the moment he stepped into the cafe and saw Ann sitting at the far end. From her body posture, he could tell she was not only feeling nervous but also very curious. Only curiosity could possibly make a lady get to the venue of a meeting before a man.

The moment Ann saw him, she stood up, but he used his hand to gesture for her to have her seat.

"How're you?" Brad asked, looking at her in amusement. He didn't know why he was so amused by the entire situation, but he seriously was amused.

"H--ow did you find out?" Ann asked the question which had been on her mind all through the night. In fact, she had actually dreamt of their meeting and had asked him the same question in her dream. Unfortunately, he had been mute in her dream.

She had called him the moment she opened her eyes that morning and had pleaded with him to meet with her by 9 AM. So here they were.
