Chapter 3 (Revenge)

The next morning when Feifei woke up, she asked to Jiaojiao," What is happening outside?" Jiaojiao replied,"Your stepsister's people are trying to find trouble with you." Feifei replied,"Let's see what kind of sister do I have." She said this with a smile. Feifei with Jiaojiao went outside to see what fuss Mai Xiang was making early in the morning. Feifei asked," What is going on here?" Xiang's servant replied," Our miss is calling you." Feifei said," Jiaojiao let's get ready. We are going to meet my lovely sister." Feifei said this with a smile which kind of surprised Xiang's servant that she didn't resist.

After 15 minutes, Feifei with Jiaojiao went to her sister with Xiang's sister leading them in the front. Mai Xiang's smile disappeared when she saw that her sister came after 15 minutes. Earlier it would take almost 2 hours for Xiang's servants to drag her from her room to Xiang's room.

Feifei came near to Xiang and said with a smile," Sister, good morning. You look so sad to see me here. If you are sad,then why did you call me here?"

Xiang said with a bitter smile," I am happy to see my sister following the etiquettes. Come let's have a small chat while drinking some tea." There were many servants near the tea house as they are always happy to see Feifei make a fool out of herself.

Feifei could see that the tea was being altered so she said, "Sister, you always give me your leftovers so why are you today giving me tea which was not drank by you. You should first have a sip before I have."

Xiang hesitated & said,"I felt pity for what I did for you, that's why I want to say sorry to you."

"Sister, the tea looks a bit cold so let me boil the tea again."

Feifei then took her sister's cup & held her own cup with the other hand. Xiang hesitated & said," No it's fine. It's not so cold yet." To this Feifei gave her a cup and said, "Okay" Both started to drink their cups of tea and smiled at each other. After sometime, Xiang quickly stood up & went running to the bathroom followed by Feifei. To this all the servants were shocked. After sometime both came out together & Xiang looked at Feifei in surprise. Feifei said," I think the tea was not good as it caused both of us to have diarrhoea." Xiang was confused & called her servant who was in charge of tea. She scolded the servant for making such disgusting tea and was punished with 50 strokes.

Xiang looked at Feifei with a bitter smile & said," Sister, sorry for what happened today. I hope you won't make a fuss about it." Feifei said ,"When have I ever made a fuss about such small matters." To this Xiang said,"Sister, it's late now. Let's head back to our compartments as today was a tiring day." Feifei bid her sister farewell and went to her own room.
