The auction

The death of my parents who died fighting for their city was just overlooked by the Alpha. Though my parents left behind a fortune, my uncle, Amon, desired them all with his greedy heart. 

"Tessa!" He called. I had to stay with him in his house because he feared I could not stay alone after the death of my parents. "I need to take you somewhere with me" he said. 

I had just arrived at the sitting room whole running through the stairs to meet him, and he just said that with a straight face. I stood and looked at him without saying a word. 

"I guess you heard me, right?" he said with a firm tone. I heard everything he said, but I didn't know where exactly he was taking me to. 

"OK sir, I'll just get dressed" I said as I retired back to my room to get a nice cloth I could wear and follow him. I dressed in black dress adorned with rose stitches to compliment it's beauty. 

He carried me to an auction house where he wanted to attend an auction. Before we entered the building, I heard him talking in a very low tune with a man who I presumed to be working in the auction house. 

"Can I see her?" the man asked. I didn't know what exactly they were talking about, so I just sat in the car waiting to see what the outcome of their discussion was going to be. 

"Tessa, come out of the car" my uncle said. I obediently alighted from the car slowly. I could sense that everything was not going to end well. 

"She looks pretty, and she would fetch us a good amount. You'll get your pay after she is successfully sold" the man said. I could now understand what their ambition was, but before I could make a move to run, the guards at the auction house grabbed me and carried me with them. 

I looked unto my uncle seeking help from his, but he just chuckled and stood as he watched them carry me into the building. 

I opened my eyes to a bright spot light on a stage. I was standing on the stage with chains on my hand and legs. Few civilised and rich looking individuals were seated watching what was going to happen on the stage right in front of them. 

"Good day, ladies and gentlemen, men, we are really pleased to have you all here" the MC said. The show was about to begin, and I was forced to stand while chained on my legs and wrists. 

"This lad here is going for five hundred thousand dollars" he said. It is such a shame that I am now being sold, and I have a price tag on me. 

A young man raised his bid card, indicating that he wanted to talk. "Six hundred dollars" he said. 

"Six hundred dollars" the MC said aloud to the hearing of everyone. 

"Eight hundred dollars" another bidder said. I don't know why somebody will be spending such amount of money to buy me. 

"One million dollars" the next bidder said. I expected that to be the last bid, and so did the MC, but another bidder indicated. 

"One million, fifty dollars" the bidder said. Their was a sudden silence in the auction house. 

"That should be our last bidder...." he was about to close the bid with that price, but another man raised up his bid tag.

"One hundred and fifty million dollars" the bidder said with a deep voice. His voice was so deep that the whole hall was literally shaking as he spoke. 

"One hundred and fifty million dollars, and the bid is closed. We have a buyer" the MC, who was joyful at the beginning of the bid, said with a shaky voice. 

I could sense that he was so scared because he had not gotten a body that high on anybody before. I looked closely in the crowd to see if I could find my buyer, but I could not manage to get a little glimpse of him. 

His guards came up with a bag, which was obviously filled with the money for the sum of money they needed to purchase me. I could not believe I was now a commodity. My uncle boldly stood next to me to bid me farewell while he smiled obviously because of the huge amount of money he made off me. 

"We don't need to count it" the MC said as he quickly collected the bag of money. The straight faced men who were the buyers guards bundled me up and carried me to the garage where they had parked their cars. 

I was carried into an SUV surrounded by two guards who sat next to me. I could sense that the man who paid such a huge amount of money to buy me was in the car, which followed behind. 

They drove towards the castle, but I really have no idea why we were heading towards there. The beta in the castle all came to welcome the man who came down from the car behind. 

That was when I realised he was the Alpha. He looked so gorgeous and handsome. He also had this thick arms, and I must confess his looks were just perfect. That was enough charm to make me fall in love with him. 

The maidens led me to a room in the castle just upstairs. I looked down to see the Alpha walking upstairs as well and it hoped that he would take a look at me, but rather he kept a straight face and didn't care to steal a little glimpse of me. 

The maiden helped me get a nice bath in the bathtub, and I was dressed in a red dress that fitted at certain areas of my body. 

The Alpha walked into my room, but he still had a straight look on his face. The maiden quickly walked away, possibly because of fear if standing before the Alpha. 

He stood looking at my body with a lustful look in his eyes, and he didn't utter any word.
