Final Interrogation

*Natalie*

Since leaving the interrogation room, I have been lost in my head. However, I am honestly glad that Nathan was willing to walk me back to my room. Since Midnight no longer has shared control I have been questioning what I just did. Should I feel guilty or remorse for what I did to Alpha Lance? Should I feel something for what Lucas and the guys will be putting him through? Does not feeling anything make me a bad person?

"Natalie, are you okay?" Nathan asked me with a voice of concern.

"Honestly, I do not know. Should I feel guilty or remorse for what I did to him? I know he would not have and did not feel any guilt or remorse when he told me what he was going to do." I asked him.

"Well, I can tell you right now that you do have no reason to feel guilty or remorse for what you had to do. If anything, you should feel empowered that you were able to handle that situation the way that you did. Not once did you or Midnight show anything other than determination and fury. I know I am proud of you, and so is Lucas and the other guys." Nathan said to me while we were still walking through the pack house up to the Alpha suite.

"I know, Midnight was telling me the same thing as well. I feel like I should feel guilty for what she and I did. But I only feel happy that the threat is basically gone. If that makes any sense whatsoever. I just do not want the pack to think differently of me." I said honestly to Nathan. Since I have come to this pack, I have gotten closer to Nathan, Oliver, and Kayden. They have become my older brothers in a sense.

"They will not think of you any different. If anything, they will respect you more than they already do. They will see that you are willing to do what it takes to get the answers that we need." Nathan said as we got to the door of Lucas and I's suite.

"Thank you for being there. Oliver, Kayden, and you have become my brothers since I have been here. I do not know what I would do if you guys thought of me any differently based on what I did in that interrogation room. So, knowing that you do not see me any differently means that the other two will not either." I told Nathan while giving him a hug. At first, he was a little stiff, probably because this is the first time, I had given a hug to anyone other than Lucas. But after a second, he relaxed and hugged me back.

"And you have become our little sister. Just know that we have your back whenever you need us. But you better get in there and rest. Oh, and maybe get a shower, you have blood on you, and you smell like the interrogation room." He says pushing me in through the door that he opened while chuckling a little.

"Well, I am not the only one that needs to get cleaned…you have blood on you as well. Plus, if you could sniff your own scent, you would know that you need a shower as well. Between your horrendous body odor and the smell of the whole dungeon area, I'm surprised my nose has not fallen off yet." I said while laughing and speeding into the Alpha suite and closing the door.

After closing the door to the suite, I could still hear Nathan out in the hallway muttering something about "little sisters" and "getting revenge" while making his way back downstairs. After taking a few minutes to collect myself from the laughing fit I was having, after hearing him muttering, I began to make my way to the shower.

After Natalie left the interrogation room, there was so much anger, and rage coming from Kayden, Oliver, and me that you could cut the tension in the room with a butter knife. The anger that I am feeling right now is immense. Kayden and Oliver are looking at me with concern with their heads bowed slightly in submission. I know I need to get this under control, otherwise, Dom will likely take over control. Which in this situation could be a good or bad thing.

Me: Dom, you need to calm down. Your anger mixed with mine is making it harder on me.

Dom: I cannot calm down. Just let me have control, I swear to the goddess I will not hurt Kayden and Oliver. I need to get this anger vented and that good-for-nothing Alpha in the the chair is the cause of that anger. He can help release it.

Me: Okay

I am going to make this man realize he messed with the wrong pack. Not going to lie, I am going to enjoy this. I started walking to the cabinet that held silver and got out three syringes with silver in them. Once I have those, I start walking towards the Alpha.

"So, you thought you could come to my pack, take my mate, and force her to mate with you, just do you could have her power? Well, I can tell you right now, that is not going to happen. She is MY MATE, MY LUNA, MY QUEEN!!!" I roared in his face when I reached him.

Not giving him any time to answer I administer the first silver dosage to the side of his neck. Within a few seconds, he was screaming due to the pain. While I waited for the screaming to stop, I walked back over to the workbench and grabbed a thin-blade dagger, then walked back over to stand in front of him. I could feel the unease rolling off of Kayden and Oliver, so I turned to look at them.

"You two have nothing to worry about." I assured them. Immediately they sagged in relief. When I turned back around to face Alpha Lance, he had finally stopped screaming.

"You are going to feel so much pain by the time I am finished with you, you will not know which what is up or down." I snarled in his face and got to work. So, over the next two hours I made sure to not leave an inch of him untouched, and when he started healing I would give him another dose of silver. However, instead of giving him wolvesbane to make his death quick, I let him bleed out.

There was nothing more satisfying than watching the light slowly leave his eyes.
