In perfect unison, they dispersed their Dao power, the maelstrom of energy dissipating as quickly as it had appeared. 

Without hesitation, Lin Ping pulled Gi Zuo into a loving embrace, the years of separation melting away in an instant, their long-lost connection rekindled like a phoenix rising from the ashes.
