First Metahuman Fight

Cynthia came to know three days after that a while police task force had been given the job to apprehend her and bring her to Justice. She almost laughed out loud when she heard this, luckily her sister was just an arm length away from her.

"You have something right here," she said, touching the collar of her blouse, making her look down only to have the finger flick her nose. Amy furiously tried to get hold of her but Cynthia did a somersault over the chair and ran to her room laughing. Amy did not even register the act of acrobatics her sister just did but just wanted revenge so she chased after her. Cynthia allowed her to catch her and she ended up in a laughing fit as Amy tickled her to satisfaction. Once she felt better, she walked out with a smug smirk, leaving Cynthia to her thoughts.

'Allowing myself to be captured by the casino's cameras announced to the whole world of my debut. Now, due to my incredible fighting stances people like Deathstroke will be interested in me. Once I best him and any other incredible fighter out there Batman will rethink about sending me to prison. He might even try to rehabilitate me but he will not allow me to join the Justice League of Teen Titans. He might be afraid I will consign the children to my way of thinking,' She got off the messy bed and looked at the city beyond her room's window. 'This entire city will be mine to defend to the best of my abilities.'

'Ah, the docks. Perfect place for a criminal meeting,' Cynthia thought as she looked at two gang leaders meeting beside a huge cargo ship.

'Hmm, I know him. He is the leader of the local motorcycle gang. He is mostly a crystal meth trafficker,' She was looking at a tall, middle-aged, slightly overweight man wearing a leather jacket. The man he was talking to was in a suit and looked of hispanic origins and so were his men. The two men shook hands before they walked away.

'I can talk care of the motor cycle gang later, the new player is of concern,' she told herself as she got up and jumped to the next stack of containers, jumped again to another stack and kept doing that till she was satisfied. She aimed the sniper at the motorcade before shooting straight into the first car's engine.

The SUV sputtered to a stop, alerting the other cars that came to a stop. She aimed at the last car and shot at its engine, reducing it to its predecessor's fate. She then fired at the third car's driver, killing him with a headshot. Panic was now ensuing the people as gunmen got out of their cars, surrounding the three piece suit man.

"You can't hide from me," Cynthia chuckled and fired. The bullet tore through the air, missed the bodyguards by going through their clothes but it hit their target of protection from the side, tearing through his arm, flesh, rib and right through his heart, only been stopped by the ribcage. He fell down, deader than a doorknob.

"Time to round up the sheep," she said before firing once again. The bullet sailed through the air at an impossible angle, hit the asphalt ground before it ricocheted right under the third car and hit the fuel tank, making it explode and the bodyguards died, engulfed by the explosion.

"All in a day's work," she sighed as she started to disassemble the sniper rifle. She put it in a duffel bag and slung it onto her back and was about to go when something caught her eye. One of the bodyguards was moving!

"You have to be shitting me!" she exclaimed as she saw him heal from a half charred corpse to a healthy pink skin. "Of course, a metahuman! How could I have forgotten they are a sought after commodity." She sighed before starting to hop at container after container to his direction. The man was looking around at his charred colleagues with a dazed look on his face. He did not even know how they all died which brought slight fear in his heart.

"I did not think there would be a metahuman here today. But, it appears it was a hindsight on their part," a young female voice said from behind him, making him turn around only to see a young girl looking at him with the most apathetic eyes he had ever seen.

"You did this?" he asked in confusion and shock.

"The fact that they did not bring a bulletproof meat shield but one that can just regenerate is rather lacking on their self preservation, don't you think?" Cynthia said, indirectly answering his question. The man balled his hands into fists and brought them in a boxer's stance. "I could shoot you in the head right now but I don't know whether you will regenerate from it so I will settle to just tiring you up before drowning you."

The man changed then threw a left hook with a very good stance. But Cynthia's right hand shot out and slapped the hand by his wrist, making the arm miss her head while her left hand was already on his chest and with a wonderful utilization of the Tiger stance, her fingers tore through his flesh, leaving five claw marks on his torso that was slowly healing.

The man winced in pain and this was what brought his downfall. Cynthia was already on his with his lapse of concentration, her fingers the embodiment of a tiger's claw and her movement emulating that of flowing water, she was tearing his body apart too fast for his body to keep up. The man could only try to shield his head but then she just concentrated on his back and stomach area. After a minute of just savagely tearing him apart, she grew bored of his passiveness and went for the money shot. She straight up sank her fingers into his back, got hold of his spinal cord and tore it out! The man just gurgled for blood was filling his healing lungs and stomach and then he went down like a puppet that lost its strings.

She watched as he started regrowing the bone while everything else was slowed down to an almost halt. His eyes watched in horror as she stripped the corpses off their clothes, made ropes with them and then proceeded to tie him to two rim of a car.

"I wish I had a one shot for the moment but all I can think of is sleep with the fishes," she told the gagged man before throwing him into the water. She watched as he sank into the dark waters , stayed for a few more minutes before she walked away when she heard police sirens. "Good thing there were no cameras here."
