The Knowledge And Magic Ring

"Ha… ha… hahahaha!" Maximilian suddenly burst into laughter when he realized why he was smiling so much a moment ago.

"Now I understand… it's because-" Before Maximilian could finish his sentence he was cut off in the middle by the voice.

«Great. Now that your spiritual body and physical body are in top condition you can learn everything I learned. Oh, remember to avoid using my teachings though. Some of my powers break logic that might offend the laws of the world. Not sure though since every world has its own logic.»

"What…? God I swear this person is an @$#$. He can't even explain things nicely." Maximilian said before sighing softly.

Just after that Maximilian's eyes widened once again as he felt his mind getting filled with foreign languages, spells, techniques, etc.

Maximilian's brain was getting overloaded by so much knowledge but he could not help but smile once again.

After a solid 10 minutes, the knowledge completely transferred into Maximilian's mind but he was on his knees panting as he cleaned the corner of his mouth which had vomit on it.

Maximilian ended up throwing up a few moments ago because of so many memories suddenly filling his brain. Maximilian felt dizzy and nauseous so his brain automatically made him throw up.

"Ha… alright I feel hella good right now," Maximilian said as he got up from the ground "Even though it kind of hurts it's still good. That's because-" Before he could finish his sentence he was once again interrupted by the voice.

«Oh, forgot to mention that because of your new body you also get many new features which are hidden for now but you will know about it soon when the times come and since your body is new it might be hard to walk at first but you will soon adapt to it. Now go and practice everything you have in your mind and reach the principle of every energy ever! Be the greatest! Be the one who is above everyone!»

Maximilian felt annoyed not only because the voice was interrupting him each time he tried to say something but also because it got suddenly loud.

"Alright… alright…" Maximilian said as he stretched his arms "What he said was true though. I should test out whether whatever the voice said is real or not."

Maximilian walked away from there and sat under a tree in the lotus position "Now which energy should I start with?" Maximilian asked himself before smiling and closing his eyes.

Maximilian relaxed his body in the lotus position and nearly instantly went into the meditation state. It was a state where the person was neither conscious nor unconscious.

Maximilian could see the small orbs of different colors in the surrounding, mainly deep blue light orbs and red light orbs. Other than that there was a very small percentage of other colored light orbs. It did not matter to him at the moment so he ignored them.

Maximilian focused on the deep blue light orbs and slowly attracted them towards himself. He breathed in the mana (deep blue light orbs) and then moved them to his heart but it was not the physical heart, it was the spiritual heart.

Maximilian gathered the orbs around his spiritual heart and slowly formed a rough ring around it. At first, it was divided into multiple parts with a little distance between them but Maximilian kept focusing on it and closed the distance until they all connected and formed a proper ring around the spiritual heart.

Maximilian successfully created one ring around his spiritual heart and officially became a magician! But the ring was not bright, rather it had many impurities making it very dark.

Magicians are divided into five known levels and three sublevels each in each rank depending on how many rings they have around their hearts.

Magicians' five ranks are Mage, Wizard, Grand Wizard, Sorcerer, and Sorcerer King with Mage rank being the weakest and Sorcerer King rank being the strongest.

Each rank had sublevels called the beginning level, the intermediate level, and the peak level. The beginning level meant the starting point of the rank and the peak level meant that the magician was about to break through and create another ring around their heart.

Furthermore, the ring power depended on how many impurities it had. When first created it would be nearly pure black but the more the magician refined the ring by replacing the impurities with mana from the surrounding.

"Ho…" Maximilian said as he opened his eyes and got out of the meditation state "It feels amazing!" Maximilian smiled brightly and cleaned the sweat from his forehead. It might seem he formed the ring effortlessly but he actually used a lot of stamina on it.

"I am not sure but I heard that even geniuses take around one or two months to sense mana and then take around seven months to one year to create a magic ring around their heart… but I did it in just a few minutes…" A prideful smile appeared on Maximilian's face "I must be the true genius who appears once in millions, no, billions of years!"

Maximilian kept grinning like an idiot before sunlight hit his face and he remembered what today was "Wait- today is-"
