Chapter : 15 Finding Weapon

Dylan's excitement echoed through the vast space, his childish laughter filling the air. From Liridian's perspective, he watched the toddler-like figure darting around in a diaper, finding amusement in the innocence of the scene.

"Come on, Dylan, let's find a suitable weapon," Liridian called out, his voice carrying an air of authority mixed with a hint of amusement.

Dylan abruptly halted, curiosity evident in his expression. "Weapon?" he questioned.

Liridian, with a wry smile, began to elucidate, "You'll need a powerful weapon, one that resonates with your controller power for both offense and defense." He rose from his seat, his movements purposeful, and strode confidently toward the expansive left side, the surroundings vast like a football stadium.

Dylan, bewildered, muttered, "How did he move so fast?" From Dylan's perspective, it seemed like Liridian had teleported in the blink of an eye.

As Dylan ran to catch up, it felt as if reality itself had distorted, and in an instant, he stood beside Liridian. Observing his own sudden teleportation, Dylan was astonished.

Liridian, nonchalant, offered an explanation, "You simply need to direct your intentions. Almenia possesses a consciousness that distorts space, allowing you to traverse vast distances in seconds." The mysterious aura of their surroundings added an enigmatic touch to Liridian's revelation.

As the wall swung open, unveiling a blinding shine that forced Dylan to shield his eyes. "Follow me," urged Liridian, leading the way into a pristine white expanse. As Dylan entered, he discovered a surreal sight—metallic objects scattered like a metallic wasteland.

"What is all this?" inquired Dylan.

"I don't know myself; this place wasn't like this 100,000 years ago," Liridian admitted, reminiscing about a time when the chamber held futuristic wonders.

"100,000 years?" echoed Dylan, seeking clarification.

"I forgot to mention—I was in sleep mode for 100,000 years until you woke me up. I don't know what transpired during that time," Liridian confessed, a subtle sadness in his tone.

"Follow me; we'll find a weapon here to aid you to planetary level and meet the master," Liridian declared, and together, they descended toward the metallic debris.

"Master? Who's that?" questioned Dylan.

"I can't reveal that until you reach planetary level and meet him yourself," replied Liridian, the duo hovering just above the enigmatic metallic remnants.

Liridian tossed the seemingly worthless metallic debris into the air, creating a floating spectacle in the metallic wasteland. Dylan, hovering confidently, remarked, "I can fly."

"It's zero gravity here, but your agility is thanks to Almenia," Liridian explained, peering from the metallic expanse before diving back in.

Suddenly, Dylan felt a magnetic pull among the scattered metals, drawing him towards a golden circular blade disk. Liridian, materializing unexpectedly, commented, "That's useless for you now."

Perplexed, Dylan questioned, "What is it?"

"It's the Asura Blade, a spiritual weapon for Stellar levels and above. You can't wield it for now". As Liridian handed over a kitchen knife, saying, "Use this."

Dylan, holding the knife, asked with a hint of disappointment, "This is a weapon?"

Liridian reassured, "It's made from Vibranium; don't underestimate it. It can store, absorb, and release kinetic energy, making it a potent weapon when combined with your spiritual power."

Dylan, still skeptical, queried, "Really? Can it do all that?"

"Of course. Trust me, this kitchen knife was wielded by my master who is above Immortal, used it for cutting vegetables and stuff," Liridian explained.

"Wait, above Immortal?" Dylan questioned, puzzled by the unseen realms beyond Immortality that Liridian had hinted at.

Liridian, realizing his slip, thought, "Shit, my mouth slipped." He quickly diverted, "Don't focus on that; when the time comes, I'll explain everything. It's not crucial now. Take this."

He handed Dylan a slim rectangular metal cardboard, 22 cm in length and 17 cm in width.

Curious, Dylan questioned, "What is this?"

"Just pass your spiritual power through it," Liridian instructed.

Dylan, attempting trying to force out his powers, received a humorous critique, "I told you to pass spiritual power, not poop power." Liridian, holding his cloth, floated outside the wasteland.

Exhausted, Dylan admitted, "I can't do it," breathing heavily.

"Don't worry; with practice, you'll master it," Liridian reassured. With a snap of his fingers, the space distorted, revealing an arena.

Liridian explained, "This will be your training ground. Clear 10 levels I've set by defeating your opponents I will present within 10 seconds to pass each level. There is also the option of increasing difficulty by raising the gravity. If you feel a level is easy, just ask to increase the gravity."

As the arena materialized, a skeletal figure, unlike a human skeleton and more robotic, standing at 6ft tall with a sword, appeared with light shine. Liridian's signal tingled, and he advised, "It seems like Emma is coming towards you; go back." The surroundings crumbled, and Dylan found himself back in his stroller with his milk bottle.

"Young Master, are you feeling bored just watching me work?" Emma inquired, picking him up and starting to stroll in the garden.

Time drifted away as Emma and Dylan settled into their new house. Azazel appeared for dinner, fleeting away to unknown destinations afterward. Midnight arrived, finding Emma and Dylan peacefully asleep together. Emma, in a deep slumber, while Dylan sat holding a box containing a 15cm double-bladed knife.

"I remodeled the kitchen and made this. I'll create more as your spiritual power grows strong enough to control multiple objects simultaneously," Liridian explained.

Dylan's gaze remained fixed on the blade. "This is so cool," he muttered.

"I knew you'd like it. After all, I am the best," Liridian boasted.

Dylan extended his palm, pointing towards the milk bottle on the table. It slowly and shakily hovered towards him, a testament to the evolving capabilities of his newfound skills.
