Chapter 28: Check it Again!

Jin Mo's POV:

I continued to swim upwards until I've seen something shiny in there.

Maybe that's the Soul Palace? I swam closer and closer and as I got closer, I felt the magnetic attraction it had to my soul form body.

I'll get sucked if I go closer so I stopped. I let go of the glowing particles clinging to me and the shiny thing attracted them and they disappeared as soon as they got close.

After knowing the drill, I went back to collect glowing particles some more. This time, I brought much more and swam upwards again.

As I got closer to the point where I stood earlier, I nearly got sucked! Did I remember the distance right? Maybe I miscalculated, I'm in my soul form so my sense of distance must be messed up!

I let go of the particles again and it all got sucked into the shiny place. The light seemed brighter than before so I must be doing a good job. This encouraged me, so I went down again to collect glowing particles.

Every time I got back to the shiny place, I discover that the magnetic force really seemed to get stronger the more particles it absorbed so I maintained appropriate distance accordingly. Cultivation is really fun!

Sunny's POV:

"Uhm, Pres, is that okay? Jin is basically like a light bulb now." - Sika asked

"Yeah, I think. Glowing means that he's in the process of Energy Gathering Stage." - I answered unconfidently.

"But he's glowing so much!"

"How about I check his spiritual energy level again? To see if there's something abnormal." - It was Iris who suggested this.

"That's a great idea!" - I agreed quickly.

He started to point the nozzle to Jin's forehead and clicked the trigger.

We waited for a bit, looked, and then was stunned!

It's too unbelievable!

The screen showed 999. A very large increase from his earlier count of 950!
