Chapter 03 - The History of Both the Worlds

"No, Ganga is not alright."

As soon as that mermaid spoke, Aakash felt numb. Aakriti placed a hand on Aakash's shoulder and asked if he was alright. Akash asks the mermaid,

"What happened to Ganga?"

Then that mermaid briefed Aakash on the whole story:

"I am Kira; I come from the Eymron dynasty, and Ganga is the princess of the same Eymron dynasty. There are four routes to our mermaid world in Grizara (earth), which is open for the last two days of every third month of Grizara, the same way we come here from the mermaid world because this is the only planet after the mermaid world, which is near our galaxy and where there are huge oceans."

She again says,

"A few hundred years ago, the sun of our planet came very close to our world, and due to this, the vast ocean of our world dried up in a large amount. Since then, all the kings of each dynasty of our mermaid world decided together to find a similar planet like the mermaid world, and then, with the consent of all the kings, some troops of each army went out in different directions, and then our people found the Grizara."

"We came to know that Grizara already had a life here and that the living beings (humans) are also like us to some extent; then, at that time, when some troops of the Eymron army came to Grizara, there was a huge war being fought between King Arthur and Lupetus."

"Then, the Eymron dynasty's King Lihan met King Arthur of Grizara and asked King Arthur to save the Mermaid World and asked for a quarter of the water on earth to balance the Mermaid World, King Arthur is ready to help, but instead of it, he asked the army of Eymron to fight together against the army of Lupetus in the ongoing war. King Lihan also agreed, and then the armies of King Arthur and King Lihan fought against Lupetus, and King Arthur won the war. As promised, King Arthur allowed Lihan to carry a quarter of the earth's oceans, which were brought to the Mermaid World with the help of portals."

"After that, the mermaid world balanced again, and everything went well. King Lihan also told the rest of the kings of Mermaid World about Grizara, and then there was an agreement among all the kings that Mermaid World would never attack Grizara. Then Morgana, sister of King Arthur, who was one of the greatest sorceresses, made a decoction by drinking which any creature of the Mermaid World could take the form of a human as soon as it entered Grizara. Arthur gave the decoction to Lihan."

"Several hundred years passed after that, and all was well between the two worlds. Then the prince of the Tritutan dynasty in the mermaid world, 'Tutanahim', became the king there. He proposed to attack Grizara in front of all the present kings of the mermaid world because, according to him, the sun of the mermaid world could come close to the planet again in the next few years, and now there is neither King Arthur nor Morgana in Grizara; there is something only the stubborn humans can trample on. Most of the kings agreed with him, but the Queen of Eymron, 'Mahaganga', turned down the offer of Tutanahim and reminded all the kings to have an agreement between their ancestor King Lihan and the rest of the ancestor kings, which led to rejecting Tutanahim's offer to attack Grizara."

"Tutanahim felt that he was the youngest of the rest of the kings in age and had just become the new king, so everyone considered him unwise. Tutanahim came to Eymron to meet Queen Mahaganga and told her he wanted to marry Princess Ganga. Rani Mahaganga again refused Tutanahim's proposal to marry Ganga, as the Queen knew his motives were wrong. Then, Tutanahim threatened Rani Mahaganga, saying he would attack Grizara and marry Ganga. The Queen then told Tutanahim to leave Eymron, and he left."

"Ganga had listened to the Queen and Tutanahim at that time. Ganga met the enchantress of Eymron, 'Emaaya', and Ganga asked Emaaya about her future life partner. Emaaya discovered with her magic that Ganga's life partner is from Grizara. Emaaya told her that after she met the man from Grizara, she would feel some sensations for that man. Then Ganga returned to the palace and told her younger sister, Ramya, about this. Ramya asked Ganga to go to Grizara, and then she came there and met you, Aakash. Ganga understood that you are her soulmate, and after returning to meet you, she was so changed that she fell in love with you. She wanted to see you again, and then she decided to visit Grizara again to meet you and went with me."

"Then Tutanahim forcefully took Ganga with him, strangled me, left me right here in Grizara, and closed the portal. Now, only you can save Ganga, Aakash."
