"I need the best fitting clothes for this young lady top to bottom. Can you do that?", he said with a serious face while pointing at his mother.

"Oh!... Yes, of course. Follow me.", the employee got dumbfounded at first but quickly compose herself and said.

"Do you want to die? How can you embarrass me like that?", she whispered and scolded him while following the employee.

"When did I do that? I'm saying the truth. Hurry up and select otherwise we'll get late.", he said shamelessly while pushing her forward.

She didn't have a chance to reprimand him because she was already in front of beautiful dresses. She scanned them and guessed that they were very expensive but she could not refute that otherwise, it'll be very embarrassing. The employee quickly recommended a dress so she decided to go with the flow. She changed into everything that the employee recommended and wore those clothes to sandals. She felt very good wearing clothes but somewhat nervous because it was her first time. The employee brought her back to show him and she looked beautiful in it.

"You look beautiful. We will take it.", he said while nodding.

"That will be 24,000, sir.", the employee said after some calculation.

"All right. I'll pay in cash. Keep the change.", he took 25,000 money out and handed it to the employee while smiling at her.

"Thank you, sir. Visit us again.", the employee gave a wide grin and said. He nodded and took his mother away.

"Why did you do that? I don't need such expensive clothes.", his mother pouted and said.

"Well, I won't like it if my mom is looked down later so I did that. Don't worry about money. From now on, we won't lack of it. I guarantee it.", he said while coaxing her. They took a taxi and headed to the real estate company while talking with each other. They finally got there and entered the building. As soon as they entered, they saw many employees around that place but they headed towards a place where a woman was sitting.

"Welcome. How can I help you?", the woman around 32 years old with a beautiful face and wearing an office dress asked while giving them a friendly smile.

"We want to rent an apartment. Are there any good apartments?", he asked without hesitation.

"Yes, you came to the right place. We have lots of apartments ready to be rented out. Do you want to see it?", she said while getting a little expectant.

"Yeah. Show us the only places that we can move in as early as today.", he narrowed down the selection.

"You want to move in today?... Ok. Let's go then.", the woman said and asked them to follow her.

"Alright.", he nodded and both of them followed her. They got out of the building and took the vehicle of the woman. The woman quickly started her vehicle and moved.

"For how many people are you renting for?", the woman asked.

"There are four people in my family right now but I want a separate guest room too.", he listed his requirements.

"Alright. I'll take you to the expensive place first and we can go to other places that are available too. Is that ok?", the woman asked.

"That works too.", he nodded. While exchanging and conversing along the way, they arrived at a luxurious place where they had guards at the entrance too. There were many buildings and looked expensive. The woman took them towards one of the buildings and stopped the lift on the floor fifth of the building.

The apartment was designed and separated for a family of five so it was perfect for them. There are five bedrooms with an attached bathroom, one kitchen, one dining room, and one large common living room in the center. On top of that, the place was fully furnished. As soon as he saw this, he immediately liked the place.

"I'm satisfied with the place. How much is the rent?", he asked while not wanting to waste the time.

"This place is a little expensive as I previously mentioned. It's around 60,000 per month and we need 200,000 for a down payment.", she said while getting a little nervous.

"Oh! Alright. Let's sign the contract. We will take it. Can you be a little faster, we need to move today and I'll pay you in cash. Sorry for the inconvenience.", he instructed her quickly showing his sincerity.
