The age of gods is sooner than thought of

The power armor had two modes the first was the one all knew about power armor enchanting strength, speed, reaction, and defense. The second one was battery mode which conserved energy only allowing the suit to use the bare minimum of its capabilities to not waste energy.

The power armor released its limiters and Odin waited for Ikke to start his attack. Ikke stops still trying to find the armor's weak points before he launched a sword slash at Odin.

As the sword energy made contact with the armor the trimanium alloy plating absorbed the sword energy and Odin received a notification of where to direct the power. Odin turned the sword energy into a barrier around him but as the energy wasn't enough it only thinly covered his upper torso.

Odin moved unnaturally quick and used the sword more like a giant slab of pure steel to bash the area around Ikke. Dust floated up as the arena floor shattered but the visor perfectly removed the debris and dust allowing Odin to perfectly see Ikke's next move

Odin quickly slashed toward Ikke but Ikke quickly dodged it and attacked Odin's right arm. The sword did nothing to the armor but the recoil Ikke felt made his arm numb and he nearly dropped his sword.

It didn't take long for Odin to win while Ikke was faster and more stronger than the armor could be the durability made Odin an impenetrable fortress. He could easily trade hits and in the end, it was only a battle of attrition.

Yet this was only the third blueprint below it were a simple Exo suit and body armor. The one above him was easily a thousand times better than the power armor he had.

And the strongest was an infinity times better than the 9th armor blueprint. The only problem with the last one was the cost and time to make it was the best version of one of his old armors called reaper armor.

In reality, the armor was more like a new body as only his soul and consciousness were in the new armor. The armor was made of many organic nanites that could connect to reality allowing the user to use reality as a weapon. But this variant was the top one called extinction below it where multiversal universal galactic star and planet.

The reaper was made for Odin in one of his many lives where he was turned into a weapon of an empire. The reaper form gave many abilities even at the first level which helped Odin complete his assigned missions.

But for now, he had a long way to go as even the armor he had was only 10% of the original blueprint. He still needed to upgrade the protection and C.I.S ( stands for combat intelligence system) and input the weapons system and energy source.

Odin had also decided to make a genetic weapon for the armor. The one he would make would be attached to his gauntlet and allow him to absorb the energy around him once it reached maximum and hit his target he would release the power of a 10 tons of TNT.

Of course, he would have to lower the output as the armor couldn't handle that currently but once he reached 80% he would go for the max power. What better deterrent that a mobile nuclear bomb that gave off no radiation and was multi usable by a single person.

'I should also add autopilot systems for this armor I can make an army of power armor robots!' Odin thought as he walked back to the lab.

"So where the fuck have you been for a week I need my original physique back and I'm tired of waiting!" scarlet yelled from behind Odin.

Odin kept walking but raised his hand signaling scarlet to follow him. As they entered the lab scarlet saw a bloody mess on one of the tables it was the surgically removed skin that odin had taken off to put the neural port under his epidermis.

The subdermal ports were made using a liquid metal called fomelium. The reason Odin used this metal was that it resonated well with spiritual energy. This allows him to increase the durability of the metal by sending spirit energy to the metal.

As Odin exited the armor scarlet saw that his body was covered by a black suit that looked more like skin. as odin turned around she saw that between Odin's neck and upper torso his normal skin was layered a bit over the black suit showing that he had removed all skin below his neck.

"How does that not hurt how many pain killers are you on?" scarlet said as she went towards Odin.

"None you know I don't feel pain or well I can ignore it now that I think about it my body should be in shock but guess it ain't a pussy so we're good." Odin said as he walked to the table with the skin suit laying on it.

"Now I need you to stitch my skin back on don't worry about your shit surgical skills just make sure it's on properly and ill do the rest," Odin said as he laid on the table next to the skin.

"I wonder how I never developed some trauma because of you, I still remember dragging your corpse for half a century just to revive you... do you know how much that hurt, you were the last of my family after I lost everyone yet you do stuff like this without caring about your own sons and daughters.... I really hope karma bites you in the ass one day." scarlet said as she took the needle and started to stitch odins skin.

"Sometimes I forget people care for me or I have people to care for I'll tell you once you've lived a life filled with loss and betrayal at every turn you become so numb that the world follows suit," Odin said as his body started to properly reconnect his skin to his body.

The subdermal ports blocked the skin from fully connecting but the body found a way and the ports and skin became one. Small holes appeared under the skin as the ports only needed a proper way to send electrical signals between the body and armor.

"That's quite creepy if I do say like you have some insect just below your skin." Scarlet said as she looked at the dark holes near Odin's major neural networks.

"Yeah I guess but know what's even more creepy?" Odin said as he got up.

"What?" scarlet responded.

"On my birthday the age of gods start so get ready for the game to start the fucks are arriving soon." Odin said as he quickly left to get the genetic equipment ready.

".... I see why suicide is enticing for those that meet Odin I now wish to die." scarlet said aloud as she looked at the scalpel near the table.

"Fuck!" Scarlet swore as she left the lab to find Arthur.
