123 Fallen Knight

"Hey Vladis. Why are you standing here?" Adriana shook him when she saw him, standing quietly. 

  Vladis walked out of his daze. Looking back, he saw a stupid smile still hanging on Hugo's face. In all certainty, he wished to rip Hugo's mouth, but he controlled his urge. Unclenching his fist, he resumed his aloofness. 

"It's nothing."

"Alright. I know she asked us to meet at 2, but I checked her schedule, and she is free right now. If you don't mind, then let's head to her study now. Actually, I am bit busy later." 

"Alright" He simply said, walking towards his mother's study.

"You are early." 

"You are free" He deadpanned.

"Alright"

"So, what is written in the letter Adriana?"

"It's about Parson, my lady" Adriana said carefully, gauging her actions. When she saw her clenched fist, she silently prayed for herself.
