A few seconds later, Qilin's body got fully consumed inside her shadow!

'Lingqi's OKAY mother, I can't beat him… But I can hold him down as much as necessary!'
Through her vision, she saw her daughter struggling miserably, but relentlessly!

Then her gaze turned towards the place where the beam had impacted, it is no longer there, but the devastation remained, it is inaccurate how far that beam reached, but as far as her eye could see, a whole portion of the land had been decimated to the eastern direction!
"Don't let that beam touch you… When I ran into it just now, I felt it… A few dozen of my souls perished… I received some kind of backlash due to that" She then said with seriousness yet calm, and that not only left Catherine awestruck but also, she started to feel fear, but not for herself.
