"Auntie where are we?"

Axel held Lydia's hand as they walked to where thana was kept. as they walked further, Lydia realized something and she spoke up. "isn't this the.." She trailed off when she remembered she already left this place, she no longer have any right over any thing here, therefore she ate the rest of the words.

Axel who knew what she wanted to ask chuckled before he spoke. "yes, it is." he smiled, exposing a little of his white canine. She didn't say anything else, but she wanted to ask. but...

who is she?? She no longer has right over any property here so she shouldn't care of anyone is In her room. but why will he keep thana there? she wondered.. and like he read her thoughts he spoke. "thana will be more safer there, than any other place." he said. She looked at him with a puzzled face. 'I though he wanted to use her to get Ava, so why is he protecting her now?' She though and hoped he could also read this one of her thoughts and answer her. but they were already in front of the room.

She stared at the door for a couple of seconds before she pushed it open, and the little girl ran to embrace her Aunty. "Auntie" thana cried as she ran to embrace her. "thana.." Lydia's eyes were already watery, and unable to control it she let the tears fall. "o thana.." Lydia cried as she tighten her grip on thana like she would disappear any moment now.

Ax who was standing beside them smiled faintly before it vanished. he never knew Lydia loved this girl this much, and instantly wave of guilt hit him.

he shouldn't have made her suffer herself, and he expects her to love him again.. he thought, and slowly shaked his head, at how disappointed he is at his self.

After the heart warming reunion, Lydia smiled seeing thana was alright. She really appreciates Axel for this. but her smile faded when thana asked a question she had been planning and hoping she would not ask. "Auntie where is moma?? isn't sje with you?? " thana asked with a smile on her lips as she looked at the door like she was expecting someone to come in. Lydia helplessly looked at Axel, but his head hung low, unable to look at her. and she focused her attention back on thana. "uhm...moma has somethings she really needs to attend to, but rest assured, she will come get us when she has finished her work." Lydia said gently as she caressed thana's cheek with her thumb.

She can't bring herself to tell her anything about what has happened. so she continued to caress her cheeks.

"uhmm..but why didn't she tell me??" thana pouted, and Lydia couldn't help but smile sadly. "it because she didn't want to worry." She said softly. "okay, and yes where is Aunt Ava? isn't she with you??" thana wondered. Lydia is rely trying her best to remain calm and answer the girls questions calmly, but she's not sure that would be able to happen. "uhmm...Ava.. She .." Lydia tried thinking of a suitable excuse but she found none. the Axel spoke up. "She went with you're mom." Axel said. when he said the word 'mom' he felt a pang in his chest, but he immediately pushed it aside. Than look carefully at the man who just spoke, then asked. "Who are you??" she looked at him closely, and she looked at him down from his feet up to his toffee brown coyly hair.

Axel was taken aback by her sudden attack, and so was Lydia. She slowly looked back at Axel and then thana.

She has to say something..

She opened her mouth to speak, but Axel was faster than her. "Lydia's husband." he said, and Lydia's eyes went wild, bulging from their sockets.

Thana looked confusedly at him and then Lydia for answers, but Lydia was glaring hard at Axel.

Seriously, if glares could kill, Axel would be 100 feets dead by now.

Axel dare not look up. if she has her powers with her, he's sure to be lying on the floor with broken bones, but thankfully she does not.

"Auntie??" thana called distracting Lydia from her thought. "is this strange man really... you're husband?" thana asked looking expectantly at her. "but theeen.. why didn't you tell me and moma??" she fired not giving Lydia chance to make a sound as she slowly eyed Axel from head to toe. "but...when did you two got married?? was I born then??..wait a moment..why weren't you guys together??" She bent her head a little side ways to take a good look at Axel. Lydia was confused on how she would answers all the questions. and for the first time, Axel was short of words..he just stared at the girl who continuously asked questions even him don't know how to answer. "Auntie where are we??" Thana asked looking at Lydia, and Lydia looked at Axel.
