Who’s that chick?

We started our junior year and joked at the lockers when I noticed a girl. I kept my eyes locked on her. She had a way about her.

/"Who’s that chick?/" Evan asked.

/"I’m not sure, but I’m about to find out,/" I said, leaving them and heading towards her.

/"Aw, shit, Ryker’s in love,/" Frisco said.

The boys laughed.

I walked over to the girl, and she looked lost.

/"Need help?/" I asked.

She turned and smiled at me.

/"That would be great./"

/"Are you new?/"

/"Yeah. I arrived in town not too long ago./"

Damn, she’s hot.

/"Let me show you around./" I

/"Sounds good to me./"

/"I’m Ryker./"

/"Sam./"

With that, we left. Something told me this girl would change my life.
