Random thoughts 4

Here's to when you might relapse , to when you feel like giving it all up , to when you don't feel like getting up in the morning and facing the world , to when you feel invisible , to when you want to vanish , to when you want to hurt yourself again .

Just in case one day you feel all alone , scared and broken , in case you want to scream out loud and cry your eyes out .

I know that all you want to hear now is someone telling you it's all going to be okay .

It's okay to scream and cry and hide , and because not all of us have someone to hold us and tell us how much they appreciate our existence we sometimes have to remind ourselves of how valid we are , we have to hold ourselves and make sure that deep down we know that those voices inside our heads are lying , so shout it loud and silence your thoughts when they start playing tricks on you , when they start chanting that you're just a burden and that you should disappear and that the world will be much better without you . When that happens just take a deep breath and remind yourself of how many times you've made someone smile , of that time when you snatched someone from their darkness , of when you made an awkward situation lighter on someone else , you may think that you being on this Earth is useless , but honestly that's not true , your existence wasn't a coincidence , you are meant to be in this place at that time for a reason , so don't allow anyone to belittle you or make you feel worthless and if they want to leave you alone and ghost you then that's okay .

Even if every single soul on this planet leaves and you think you're left completely on your own , just know that I'll never leave , I'll stick by your side and watch you grow stronger than ever , I'll watch your wings grow even when you don't notice them , and you'll suddenly soar high in the sky and at that moment I'll look up at you and say "I told you so" , I told you you're going to beat all your hardships and be able to break the barriers you were convinced to never be able to get through , so trust me you and I will be able to fight anything that comes our way , just have faith in yourself and trust me you'll go places you've never even imagined
