Chapter 2

Milo's "adventure" wasn't as exciting as he hoped. It was mostly filled with Buttercream going on and on about great of a leader he was, and bossing his younger siblings around. Milo immediately wanted to turn around and go back home, if he was able to remember which way to get back. Milo sighed and continued walking down the path, yet took the time to admire how pretty the atmosphere was.

After a few minutes of making it to nowhere, Milo asked his older brother, "Buttercream, do you know which way to get back home?"

"Oh, uh- it's this way." He answered unsurely. The cats turned around and walked back the other direction, and noticing the sun was starting to set. "Are you sure you know how to get back?" Smokey asked reassuringly.

"'Course I'm sure!" Buttercream said more confidently.

Milo just hoped that Buttercream actually knew where he was going.
