Chapter Thirty-Six: The Clans’ Allegiance

“Inrasar! Inrasar! Inrasar-the-renol! (Intruder! Intruder! Intruder is here!)” A centaur shouts to alert the others.

They act to scream intensively so that the community alert and gather to catch the intruder. But Khalil in a distant approaches them and asks about their urgent scream. They convince him that some intruder arrived and wandering around in their community, but Khalil refuses and instead inspects the two guards lying on the ground. As he checks the pulses and their napes, Khalil declares them sleeping, he whispers something and slaps the two guards in both of their faces and they jolt from their deep sleep.

“See─ they’re just sleeping, stand up and keep both of your eyes sharp─ idiots!” Khalil exclaims, demanding them.
