Because what happened at the meeting room earlier, many of the nobles became terribly cautious to Ludicia and her uncle after the show of force. Though some now become more easy to deal with and tries to gain Ludicia good sides, more than half of the dukedom nobility leave the castle and left the territory in a hurry. 

"If only you did as we had discussed yesterday, Ser Mervin…" (Olred)

Said Olred exasperated on his chair inside the meeting room that was cleared away, leaving only Ludicia, Olred, Mervin and Mari. 

"Letting them do whatever they want while the people suffers, I think I did you a great help, if I must say…" (Mervin)

Said him nonchalantly without any guilt for what he had done earlier. 

"Although Mervin is somehow an idiot, he did made progress in the meeting." (Mari)

"H-hey… calling me an idiot is too much…" (Mervin)

Being called and idiot by Mari, Mervin dropped his brows, frowning.
