Early the next morning, Leon hurriedly prepared for his departure back to Lanwick City. He had been reliably informed of Ella's plans to be at the hotel by noon for a scheduled Spa section. Hence, he wanted to be around early, to organize her activities and ensure she had the best time.

When he called on Ida to come tidy up his bedroom, she grudgingly cleared the tray of the previous night's meal. She was disappointed that he didn't touch the food after all the efforts the chefs put to make it appetizing.

Being in a high spirits, Leon apologized to the scrunched face, Ida for skipping meals and promised to eat something before leaving the house.

"Thank you, sir. I'll go ask a chef to get your breakfast ready. Ida smiled politely and left. She couldn't help but notice Leon's jolly good spirits and wondered what was making him this happy.
