Chapter 3 Class Alpha's instructor

Shin sat in the same position unbothered by the commotion as he had already guess what would happen, Clara who knew about the arrangement has an uneasy look on her face at the situation.

"Hello, class Alpha, as you already know I am the principal of Atlisian Academy, Raven Argonaut"

<Sucks breath>

The principal begins to regret her bet with Shin when she tries to persuade him to join already.

But a bet is a bet, and it would be very dangerous for her to go back on it.

"A change is made to the classroom but rest assured that the rest of your year will follow the plan that the school has laid out, now let's begin with our first lesson", she then look at her assistant.

Lunch

Shin headed toward the cafeteria along with Clara and some of his classmates who are keeping their distance from him as his 'spar' partners are all in the infirmary causing the assistant instructor to tag in himself.

"<Sigh > Is this really class Alpha? More like class As-", he then stops himself just to see the reaction of his classmates who are seething with anger.

"You should stop that Shin, or else you are going to have no friend by the end of the day", Clara who is beside him warned while looking around for a table for the three of them to sit together.

"I have to agree with Ms. Steelford on that, having friends is great after all", Alexia Mariford who is beside Shin voiced out her thoughts, having joined the two when the bell rang for the lunch break and stuck with them despite the glaring from the classmates.

"No problem, it's their problem anyway, not mine", Shin nonchalantly said while checking out the girls in the school while looking for a table.

"Follow me"

He headed toward a table for two in the distance where students are still ordering their food, smoothly grabbed the table he slid it next to another two-seaters table connecting them to become a four-seater, surprising the occupant.

"Hey, there, mind if I join?" he asked with a friendly smile.

"Sure?"

"Thanks, my man, I'm Shin by the way"

"Oh, no problem, I-"

"Shin, what are you doing?" asked Clara reaching him and grabbed his shoulder.

"Getting a table of course ☆"

"Did you ask him?"

"Of course, he doesn't mind"

Clara turned to look at the person next to him and was about to excuse Shin when.

"Hey, you guys, I got food", Alexia appeared out of nowhere with trays of food at the ready.

"Great, thanks for buying Alexia"

"No problem"

"....."

Reluctantly, she sits across from Shin, with Alexia sitting across the other person.

As the two ate their food enthusiastically, she glanced at the first occupant of their table, unbothered and eating his own lunch.

"Here, eat this Clara"

"Wh--?!", Shin put a spoon filled with food into her mouth interrupting her thought.

"Oooh", Alexia ooohed at the sight.

"What dish is that?" asked the other person.

"Oh, it's number 3#"

"Maybe I can get it next time"

Afternoon classes went by smoothly for Shin as he went through each subject with little difficulty. The gaze of jealousy increased throughout the day, but it didn't bother him now that he has a good grasp on everyone's strength.

(Time sure flies when I'm having fun) he thought as he and Clara are now walking through the empty corridor as the setting sun illuminated the corridor with its orange glow.

"Tired?"

"Why would you think that?" asked Clara in the same way that she usually speaks.

"Why? Because I'm your boyfriend"

"...", Clara look at him surprise on her face, and a blush on her face as she averts her eyes.

"What is it?"

"Nothing"

"Sure~", Shin then pushed Clara against the wall, leaning towards her and looking down at her big dark blue eyes.

"W-What are you doing?"

"What do you think I'm doing?" Shin asked her back as he leans in further down and kissed her nose.

Clara felt as if electricity ran through her body just from that small peck.

(Just like yesterday) her thought went instantly to that day she spent with Shin.

"I won't stop until you tell me", Shin whispered as he moved on to her cheek, neck, collarbone, and down further while squeezing each part of her body.

"Mmgh", clamping her hand over her mouth, Clara stifles herself from moaning in the corridor.

"You better hurry up and tell me what it is or I'm going to speed things up", Shin's warning came before she felt a massive surge of pleasure that caused a sound to escape from her.

"....I'm jealous"

"Why?"

"At how you get along with everyone so well"

"And?"

"I...want...you to only look at me"

"....You know I can't do that right?"

"I know...", she already knew what kind of person Shin is going to be in the future already, but just have to ask.

Clara then had her chin lifted up to see Shin looking at her closely.

"But I will make sure to keep you close to me and happy"

The face that she has been seeing since her childhood beams a smile at her causing her heart which has already belonged to him to beat faster.

"Then...Let's enjoy today a bit longer", she whispered softly as she leaned in this time towards Shin.
