16 The Dragon's what?
I looked out over the horizon and gazed at the terrain. Lush blue fields. Crystal clear green water. The fresh air invading my nostrils and blowing through my hair. The serene and tranquil atmosphere.
"Holy fuck is this boring," I said out loud. As if reacting to my words crickets and frogs let out their noises to accentuate the boringness of Namek. I sighed and got back to work while thinking of my wish.

"Divine Dragon, I wish for the ability and knowledge to create my own dragon balls!" I said to Super Shenron. Its eyes glowed and the knowledge entered my brain, giving me a splitting headache. While I was clutching my head in pain, Super Shenron disappeared and the dragon balls split across the two universes.

I know my wish isn't exactly the most original or fantastical wish ever, but it is practical and makes sense. With the ability to make my own wish-granting reset button, I no longer had to rely on the weak dragons that are Shenron and Porunga or take forever looking for the super dragon balls. Not only that but I could take these dragon balls wherever I want considering my pocket dimension. The only hurdle I have now is actually making them.
There are many steps and procedures when making dragon balls. First, you need a strong and magically attuned material to make the dragon sculpture and the actual dragon balls themselves. This is no problem as I could just materialize the strongest material in the Dragonball multiverse that is magically attuned.
I conjure a massive block of this material called kachi katchin about 10 meters big in all dimensions. This material is incredibly dense, strong, and most importantly magically attuned. I separate about 3 meters from the block and begin to carve out my sculpture. I decided that I would try and remake the black star dragon balls and Ultimate Shenron from GT, seeing as how they don't exist in this timeline and I found Ultimate Shenron to be badass-looking when I first saw GT.
The sculpture is going well and is almost complete. The sculpture must be meticulously perfected down to the molecule and if you mess up you can't try again as you only get one chance in your whole life. After perfecting the statue I move on to the most important part which is carving the magic runes into the statue and infusing my ki into it to attune it to me perfectly. After completing that I move on to the dragon balls themselves.
You could have any number of dragon balls from one to a hundred, however, the best number is seven to distribute the magical energy evenly between all of them. I take the rest of the material and make about seven perfectly round stones about twice as big as Namek's dragon balls. I then carve magical runes into each of them to bind them both to me and the statue. The runes are there to convert my ki into magical energy. The next part is to actually create the dragon.
To do this you must make use of your imagination and pour almost all of your ki into the dragon statue at a slow and steady pace. This part is hardest as it requires inhuman concentration and resilience. You can't move a muscle and must focus on creating the dragon's name, appearance, power, personality, and the dragon balls' ruleset. The rules I decided on are as follows.
No one but me and those I allow can summon the dragon forth. All negative energy is discharged into the surroundings over time to prevent shadow dragons. The dragon balls to not disperse and instead return to the creator upon use. The dragon balls are nigh indestructible. If I will them they will return to me. I can always change these rules later.
After completing my ruleset the massive Ultimate Shenron forms above the statue.
"HELLO MASTER, WHAT SHALL BE MY TRUE NAME," the dragon bellows. This was never stated in the original show but apparently Shenron and Porunga arent those dragon's true names. A creator must give them a true name and then a title based on their type. The two types of dragons are the serpent type and lizard type. Porunga is a lizard type while Shenron and Super Shenron are serpent types.
"Your true name is Saisei and you are Ultimate Shenron!" I shouted back at him with my arms raised. His eyes glowed a deep yet pale yellow and his body that was as big as normal Shenron suddenly grew to be over 1000 times bigger dwarfing the moon and glowing a golden yellow. He nodded to me then flew into the dragon sculpture. It took a minute but after the sculpture absorbed him, bolts of electricity shot toward the dragon balls and activated them.
I smiled in satisfaction and absorbed them into my pocket dimension. Just as I was about to port away I sensed a disturbance in the force. I looked to my right and saw a green dot in the distance. The dot, who turned out to be Nail, landed before me and started speaking...well more like screaming.
"WHAT IN THE FUCK WAS THAT! WHAT DID YOU DO!" Nail shouted in my face with bloodshot eyes.
"Whoa, tiger, relax it was nothing!" I said back to him, "I just created my own set of dragon balls, no big deal!"
"WHAT! how in the HFIL did you manage that!" He yelled at me.
"I just went on a space odyssey in a different universe, killed an evil intergalactic tyrant along with his evil Saturday morning cartoon villain master, then met a blue-skinned milf and, then got a lobotomy by a golden anaconda," I said to him with a straight face. He looked like his brain was ready to pop at any moment. He sighed to himself and then calmed down.
"Whatever, just do all that freaky shit away from Namek and we're cool!" he said before he flew off. I watched as he flew off, but then a thought occurred to me.
"Didn't he say that I could go to different universes through my status menu? How does that work?" I thought out loud. Suddenly my surrounding started to disintegrate and a familiar blank white void met my senses.
"Ask and you shall receive," A voice said behind me. I turned and was met by a familiar face.
"Hello again, Jason," he said, "it has been quite a while"
"Yeah it sure has, ❄︎❒︎︎♋︎︎■︎︎⬧︎︎●︎︎♏︎❒︎," I said back to him.
"Oh? I am quite shocked, you actually got the spelling and pronunciation right, you have no idea how many people get that wrong," ❄︎❒︎︎♋︎︎■︎︎⬧︎︎●︎︎♏︎❒︎ said, "Anyway, to the topic at hand, I have updated your status page with the promised ability."
"Ok, but why am I only getting it now, shouldn't I have already had it?" I asked him.
"Well yes, but I forgot," he said simply. I gawked at him. {A/N: more like I am the one who forgot :c}
"But aren't you supposed to know everything?" I said in confusion.
"Yes, but what is the point of watching your adventure if I know what is going to happen," ❄︎❒︎︎♋︎︎■︎︎⬧︎︎●︎︎♏︎❒︎ said a little embarrassed, " So, I turned off my all-knowingness to watch you." I nodded at him and he continued, "I'll send you back now, just pretend nothing happened."
My surroundings started reverting back to Namek. After I finished returning and time started once again I checked my status page.
