It's been eight months since Brandon "Ice Eyes" Stark went to wage war against ironmen who had invaded the eastern shores of the kingdom of the North.

In Winterfell, Sarra was ruling the castle and the town with efficiency she had never felt before. While skimming through some prachments that were sent to her by the lords, informing the King and Queen about their requests and reports of their lands. On the floor of the office, Reagan was following the dire wolf cub by crawling with not much of an effort, but he was keeping up with the cub.

For some reason, the cub was growing similar to Reagan. Instead of growing to the height of the chair after a year, the cub had only grown to half the height. Suddenly, the cub looked over to the door of the solar, alerting Sarra and Reagan with a shout of "Yip." Then he came around and stood next to Reagan in a protective manner.

A knock was heard, so Sarra gave permission to enter the solar "enter."

As the door opened, a bloodied soldier rushed in, kneeled in front of them, and spoke, "Victory is ours, my Queen. King Brandon had decimated the ironmen single-handedly, and the defeated men had taken the black. The King will reach Winterfell in a month."

Smiling at the news, Sarra said, "Thank you for your service, Alen. Ask the castellan for some meat and mead; tell him I have allowed you to have lunch in our house."

"Thank you, my Queen, my Prince." Alen thanked them both and left the solar. As she looked at her son, she said, "It looks like your father is coming back home, my little king."

Turning his head towards her, he said his first words in this world: "Ma, pa comin?"

Sarra's eyes went wide as she heard her son's first words. She stood up from her place, crouched down to look at him, and asked, "Can you repeat that, Reagan?"

"Ma, pa comin?" Reagan asked as he tilted his head to the side, and the cub did the same with his tongue hanging out of his mouth. Sarra chuckled at those faces, gave both of them a bear hug, and muttered, "You're so cute."

They stayed like that for some time and got released from her bear hug, then looking at Reagan, she said, "It seems we need to prepare a banquet for your father for the victory. Can you surprise him at the banquet?"

"Umm." Reagan nodded and thought to himself, 'Well, I can just do something that would blow both of them out of their minds.'

"Good, then shall we start?" Saying so, the Queen and Prince left the solar, with the cub following then. Since he was on his mother's shoulder, he saw the cub on the floor tottering. Pointing at the cub, he said, "Fenrir."

"Yip." Fenrir yipped happily as it got a name from Reagan.

"What was that, honey?" She asked as she looked at his face.

Reagan again pointed at Fenrir and said, "Fenrir."

Looking back, Sarra saw the cub yipping in excitement, and she figured out what her son was saying: "You want to name him Fenrir?"

"Fenrir." Reagan just repeated the name.

"Where did you hear that?" Sarra asked, squinting her eyes as she was sure that no one had said that word to Reagan. 'So how did he know that word?'

Tilting his head, he said, "Ma rune."

Her eyes went wide at the words and she closed her eyes while thinking, 'Of course I would have lost the semblance of the place and read one of the runes from ancient times. The story about Fenrir the Great Wolf, Jörmungandr the Great Serpent, and Hel the Great Other is written by the last hero. I should be careful of what I read around Reagan to see if he can pick up words easily. I should also warn Brandon not to swear around Reagan as much as possible.'

"Okay, from now on, your wolf is the Fenrir. Happy?" Sarra asked her son as she came out of her thought process.

"Appy." Reagan said with a smile as he raised his hands over his head. Sarra could only chuckle at his actions, as it was cute to see her son excited for simple things.

Like that, a month passed, and King Brandon had returned to Winterfell with his army of two thousand. The Queen and the Prince welcomed the King and his banner men at the entrance of the castle, and everyone was invited to the victory banquet.

In the midst of drinking mead and eating meat at the tables of the Great Hall of the Keep, suddenly everyone heard a high-pitched voice that stopped their ruckus: "Pa!"

All the lords and soldiers who fought for their king against the ironmen, along with the king, looked at Prince Reagan as he called out for his father, the king. The Queen had a smug smile on her face as she felt proud of making all the battle-hardened lords speechless. But that smile didn't last for long, as the Prince showed another surprise to everyone present in the great hall by standing up from his mother's lap and climbing over the table. He walked towards his father, extended his hands to each side, and demanded a "Pa hug."

Brandon unconsciously hugged his son, making sure that he wouldn't hurt him by squeezing too much. Right then, a man who looked to be the offspring of a giant and a human stood up with a raised mug and shouted, "To the King! To the Queen! To the Prince! To the North!"

"To the North!" All the lords shouted out as they got out of their stupor as the large man shouted out. Even the King came back to reality, and then he looked at his son, who was beaming at him with a sweet smile.

Turning to look at the Lord, who had cheered, the King said, "Thank you, Lord Umber, for your support."

"HAHAHAHAHA!" The man laughed so loudly that some of the lords sitting next to him thought their ears would be damaged by the laughter. As the laughter died down, Lord Umber said, "I know no king but the king in the north! Of course, I'll support you, my king. And from the looks of it, Prince Reagan is going to be running around in the castle anytime."

"Aye. That might be possible." Brandon nodded his head, raised his mug, and shouted, "TO THE CROWN PRINCE REAGAN!"

"Prince Reagan!" All the lords shouted back as they raised their mugs. Everyone inside the Great Hall looked happy at the news of the Crown Prince walking at the age of nine months, but only one man had a sour look on his face. And that was not because of the news of the victory or about the Crown Prince; it was because he was looking at the cub that had escaped from his and his son's hands. 'Now that it is sitting next to the Crown Prince, I can forget about it. Brandon Stark will take my head if I touch his son in any way. I'll just have to wait until Brandon is dead and becomes the Regent King. He escaped this time with some luck, but he won't escape my blade next time.'
