Time for Beach Fest
As Elaina stated before, she never had the opportunity to attend any sort of beach festival. Aside from the fact that the nearest place where one can see the sea is just the seaport, there is no such thing as a beach for swimming for the public as it is reserved as a resort for the nobles therefore it is very exclusive to the rich people.
Elaina loathed going to such places as it was like a sign of her going with the nobles that are either corrupt or just plain sh*tty to the core. So the only experience she had with the sea was staring at it whenever she was disguised as going out in public. Other than that, it's not part of what she would do.
But since this festival is something that the public would enjoy, Elaina is preparing for what she will do for this event.
