No apparent reason

"That's better" said Jennifer with a smile as she sipped her coffee.

"And what is your name?" asked Jennifer as she was curious, she had only ever called him Mr. White, she did not know what his name was.

"You can just call me Nine" replied Nine.

"Is that your name?" asked Jenifer in confusion as she had never thought that she would meet someone whose name was Nine.

"That is my name" replied Nine simply as Jennifer didn't seem to believe him.

"I don't believe you Mr. White, that must be your nickname, I want to know the name that your parents gave you" said Jennifer as she was sure that his name wasn't Nine, Nine White sounded so weird now that she thought about it.

"I don't have parents" said Nine as Jennifer knew that she had crossed the line a bit too much.

"Oh… I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be insensitive" she said as she did not want to ask for more clarification, she was still a bit confused, wasn't he Dominic's brother? And if he was, it meant that they had the same parents.

"It's alright, my name is Xavier, you can call me Xavier if you wish, but everyone calls me Nine" said Nine as he should have just told her his name from the beginning.

"Well Xavier it is then" said Jennifer with a smile as there were suddenly loud growling sounds coming from Jennifer's handbag as she looked down.

"Oh sorry about that" said Jennifer as she looked through her handbag and got her phone as she pressed a button and the growling sounds stopped.

"Bigfoot?" asked Nine in surprise as Jennifer looked at him.

"No way you know the notting call?" asked Jennifer as she looked at him in disbelief.

"Yes I do, who doesn't know the notting call?" asked Nine as Jennifer laughed.

"Probably everyone else I have met who have heard that call and thought I was weird" said Jennifer as she laughed.

"I think what's even weirder is recognizing it easily" said Nine as he realized how goofy he just sounded, he was just surprised to hear that sound.

"Do you have the ringtone too?" asked Jennifer.

"No, I unfortunately don't" said Nine as he knew that Charlie would tease him for it.

"Aww that's sad" said Jennifer as she laughed.

"So you are a Sasquatcher?" asked Jennifer as she laughed.

"That I am" replied Nine.

"I read the book Sasquatch by Roland Smith back in High School" said Nine as Jennifer gasped.

"You must be joking" she said in disbelief."

"No, I am not joking, not at all" said Nine as he shook his head.

"I also read Sasquatch when I was in high school, I loved that book, it really started my interest in Bigfoot and all things Sasquatch" said Jennifer as she laughed and Nine smiled.

"I mean Sasquatch is no killer" said Jennifer as Nine said the same thing she said as they both laughed.

"Wow, today is my lucky day, I found a fellow Sasquatcher, who probably thinks that I am weird" said Jennifer as she smiled.

"I don't think that you are weird, it's nice to meet a fellow enthusiast" said Nine as he smiled.

"I know right, it feels so good, everyone else thinks that you are crazy or unserious for believing in bigfoot, but I do" said Jennifer as she laughed.

"My brother Charlie is one of those people, he makes fun of everything" said Nine in an annoyed tone.

"My sister does the same thing, and look I get it, you don't believe, and that's perfectly fine, but that doesn't mean you have to try to change my mind and make fun of it" said Jennifer as Nine nodded.

"I was called a geek in high school just because I was interested in Bigfoot" said Jennifer.

"It's just one of those things that people like to make fun of for no apparent reason" said Nine as Jennifer agreed.

"I know right?? Just because they haven't been able to find him" said Jennifer.

"If he wants to stay hidden, then he will stay hidden, and if not, so be it" said Jennifer as Nine agreed.

"I mean there are literal people who believe in aliens from outer space, meanwhile, I believe that bigfoot is equally as real as that, and yet we are shunned down for no apparent reason at all" said Jennifer as Nine nodded.

He agreed with her totally, she got how it felt to be unfairly treated and made fun of, just because you decided to believe in what everyone else did not believe in.

"Oh I feel like I am geeking out right now" said Jennifer as she laughed.

"I have been talking too much, sorry about that" said Jennifer as she realized that Nine was quiet, and here she was talking over and over again.

"No, I don't mind, I am listening, and I agree with everything that you said" said Nine.

"Really?" asked Jennifer.

"Yes" replied Nine as he nodded.

"Well thank you for understanding, it's not everyday that you get someone who understands what you mean and agrees with you" said Jennifer as she smiled.

"I agree with that" said Nine as he nodded and Jennifer's phone rang.

"Oh, I have to go now, sorry" said Jennifer as she checked her phone and she stood up.

"That's fine" said Nine.

"Thanks for the coffee, and the talk, it was fun" said Jennifer with a smile.

"Thank you for helping me back at the store" said Nine.

"I guess that makes us even" said Jennifer.

"It does" said Nine as Jennifer smiled and she left as Nine looked at his watch and decided that it was time for him to go as well.

"Oh Nine you are back" said Lulu as Nine walked into her room.

"Yes, and I have your…" said Nine as he was cut off.

"Wait, before you say anything, I just want to say that I'm sorry for sending you to buy me lipstick, it was selfish for me to do that" said Lulu.

"I shouldn't take advantage of your great, great love for me" said Lulu as Nine laughed.

"So I'm sorry, can you ever forgive me?" asked Lulu in a cute little voice.

"Of course I do Lulu" said Nine as Lulu hugged him.

"Yayy, awesome, you are the best Nine" said Lulu with a smile as Nine smiled.

"I hope that it wasn't too much trouble for you to find my lipstick for me?" asked Lulu with a smile as Nine gave her, her lipstick.

"Well initially it was, but it wasn't so bad" said Nine.

"Oooh how come, what happened? Tell me?" said Lulu as she could sense that Nine was in a happy mood.

"Well I met a fellow Sasquatcher" said Nine.

"No way" said Lulu as she gasped.

"Really?" asked Lulu as Nine nodded.

"That's so nice Nine, I'm glad you found a fellow Sasquatcher Nine, it must have been nice for you to find someone who loved Bigfoot the same way you do" said Lulu with a smile.

"It was" said Nine as he smiled.

"So tell me, what did you two talk about?" asked Lulu.

"You don't have to ask Lulu, I know you don't care for things like this" said Nine.

"Oh but it matters to you, so it matters to me" said Lulu with a smile as Nine smiled.

"Are you done with your assignment?" asked Nine as Lulu nodded.

"Mhmm, I just sent it" said Lulu.

"Uncle Nine!!" said Joy as she ran into Lulu's room as Nine turned around and carried her.

"Hello princess, how are you?" asked Nine with a smile.

"I am good Uncle Nine, and how are you?" asked Joy with a smile.

"I am great princess, do you want to go out to the garden to play?" asked Nine with a smile as Joy nodded.

"Alright, let's go" said Nine with a smile as Joy giggled and they left Lulu's room as Lulu laughed.

"That was a good run" said Benjamin as he looked at Natasha and smiled.

"I don't think so though, my punches are weaker" said Natasha as she unwrapped her hands as she removed her boxing gloves.

"I beg to differ" said Benjamin as Natasha looked at him and smiled.

"You are too nice" she said as she laughed and Benjamin smiled.

"I know a man, my uncle, who would tell me the opposite of what you said, to him, you have to punch first and hardest" said Natasha.

"Well that sounds kind of ruthless" said Benjamin as his phone beeped and he looked at it as he sighed.

"What's wrong?" asked Natasha as she noticed he did not look happy at all.

"It's Miss. White, I don't know where she got my number from, but ever since she did, she has been bugging me non stop" said Benjamin as Natasha laughed.

"It's honestly not funny" said Benjamin, he could handle training her, that was one thing, and It was only for one hour a day, which had changed from the morning to the afternoon since she was working now.

But he could handle just one hour with her, but she was just so troublesome, and she wouldn't stop texting him.

"That is Lulu for you, she's annoyed that you are too serious" said Natasha as she laughed.

"I honestly just want her to leave me alone" said Benjamin.

"If you want that, just do what she wants, that's the only way she will stop bugging you" said Natasha as she laughed.

"Not an option" said Benjamin in seriousness.

"Well then good luck with that, I know Lulu, and if she wants to be friends with you, you have no choice" said Natasha as she laughed and Benjamin sighed in tiredness.
