My name is Aman Mathew, and I am 19 years old American-Indian, currently living in India. Originally I was born and raised in the States, but when my douchebag of a father cheated on my mother, she moved back to India. Not before taking half his money and me along with her. The reason why I'm reciting all this like a Reincarnator is because I have a rusty knife going through my guts stabbed me by 4 feet scrawny green alien- nah who am I kidding it's definitely a goblin… the very same goblin that is starter mod in almost every Isekai anime and fantasy games.

As my consciousness got blurry, I thought how the fuck did a fantasy creature like goblin got here…

"Ma!! I'm leaving!!!" I shouted as I exited the door and saw my friends waiting beside the car. I gave them a smile and approached them, but a sudden shout from my mom froze that smile.

"Aman Veer Mathew! You better get home before 10, or you could forget about that PS5 I promised. And stop hanging out with Raj!!!"

"Maaa! He's listening!!!" I screamed as I shot an apologetic smile to my playboy friend Raj who shugged his shoulder. I may call my father a douche for cheating on my mother, but I'm also a hypocritical human being who doesn't give a fuck if my friend breaks some random girl's heart, but my mother not so much. She hates it.

"Haah, you think I give a flying fuck about your loafer friend's feeling?" Her voice sounded louder as she peeked out from the balcony. "Ohh Talha you're also here? Say hello to your mother." My mom sweatly spoke when her eyes landed on my other friend Talha.

"Sure," Talha replied.

"Ughh! Let's go!!!" I said and pushed my friends inside the car before my mom could say anything else.

"So… where to?" Talha asked as he drove the car. I shrugged my shoulders indicating I was fine with anything which made him look at Raj.

"Shall we go to the bowling alley? it's been a while." Raj suggested.

"Bowling alley, huh? Aman you down with it?"

"Whatever, my mood is already ruined."

"Ohh I know what can help with that" Raj said as he placed a chilled can against my cheek.

I turned my head and saw Raj holding a beer can with a knowing smile in his hand.

"Ohh you're damn right!" I replied with a grin before taking the beer can and gulping it down.

With our mood set right, we drove towards the bowling alley while talking about our preparations for the upcoming NEET exam. I hate India for though exams like that. Our conversation moved as we talked about Raj's disastrous love life when a sudden voice sounded in my head as a blue screen appeared before me.

"Huh?" Before I can question my sanity and ask my friends anything, a blue portal opens before our car and small green creatures start pouring out from it.

Their numbers were easily in thousands as they marched towards the cars at the traffic light with their makeshift rusty weapons.

It did not surprise me that Talha broke out the shock first as he was the most mature among us. He pushed the gas paddle to its limit as the car engine roared to life. Talha drove the car calmly, avoiding every green creature and stopped at a gas station to refill the tank.

But before we could do anything dozens of green creatures jumped on the car and started smashing it with their weapons.

Talha started the engine again and readied to drive off the creature, but stopped when his eyes landed on a green creature with a giant fireball above his staff.

He looked at us and shouted, "Leave the car!!!"

Raj and I didn't wasted any time and immediately bolted out of the car and ran for the convenience building at Talha's words.

As I was running towards the convenience store, I felt a sharp pain from my torso. I looked down and saw a rusty knife sticking out from my gut. I tried to scream, but the blood inside my throat made me choke instead. I fell down amidst the laughter of the goblin who threw the knife. My consciousness got blurry as I saw my friends running towards me and carrying me away towards the store.

While Aman's friends tryied to frantically stop his bleeding. Aman body brightly shown in golden colour as the Will of the Universe granted him the EX-rank skill, his wound healed and his lost blood recovered.

But suddenly the space glitched as the black colour started taking over the golden.

The golden light surrounding Aman completely turned black and then condensed into a drop of black liquid with a purplish hue. It landed on Aman's forehead and disappeared.

Talha and Raj saw as their friend's eyes shot open and his pupil rolled back into his skull. His body started twitching as all the veins inside his body protruded out and turned black. Aman opened his mouth to scream, but no sound came as his body didn't listen.

The process lasted for almost half an hour before black impurities started pouring out of Aman's body. His tan skin got smoother and all the blemishes on his body completely disappeared as his black hair became silkier and darker.

"What the fuck!" Cursed Raj, seeing his friend becoming even more handsome, before he could say more Aman's eyes fluttered open.

"What happened…?" Aman questioned, making his two friends look at each other before Talha answered Aman.

I fell into deep thought after Talha's explanation. I have read too many novels to not have any clue what's happening, but a part of me wants to believe everything happening is just a dream.

Bracing myself I uttered the word.

"Status"

Were they limits I could raise my stats to? Doesn't seem like it. Ignoring them I moved on to another thing which intrigued me with that being my skill. Mentally clicking on the skill, the holographic page changed and showed the explanation behind the skill.
