Making A Move

Roy did not wait for his step-siblings to arrive before taking his leave with her arms circling Anna's waist.

"Roy, both families have to meet. I want to see the kind of family your wife grew up with," Min. Kim had told him moments before their backs disappeared from his sight.

To that demand, Roy agreed as it was the right thing to do since his marriage with Anna was now based on genuine grounds.

"I don't know why he is running away from his siblings. Did anything happen between them the last time they met?" Min. Kim inquired as he retired to his seat. Grace followed him with a little frown.

"I have no idea, but I don't think they are having any issues. If Roy should avoid someone, then it should be me," Grace said while locking gazes with him.

Min. Kim held her gaze briefly before shifting his gaze to another direction. "Don't bring up that topic."

"And I won't," Grace answered with a smile that was not yet a smile.
