Chapter 34

“Kyle and I have a few things to discuss. Gordon will show you both to your room.”

Kyle’s father nodded. “All right then. Thank you. Kyle, your mom and I will catch you later.”

Clement waited for Kyle to hug his parents before guiding his boyfriend toward one of the living rooms. They sat next to each other on the couch before Clement resumed his earlier explanation of their upcoming schedule.

“After the press conference tomorrow, we will have lunch with my parents, and also my sisters and their families. We won’t be having dinner with them later tonight because they won’t be back from their official businesses outside the palace. Well, maybe Evangeline will be joining us.”

“That’s your niece, right?”

“Yeah. You’ll love her. She’s the most adorable child in the world.”

“I’m sure I will. What about your brothers-in-law?”

“It’s close to Christmas. They will be busy with their own things, but the whole family will be there for lunch tomorrow.”
