Pira left in a huff. The more she thought about it, the more suspicious Pira became. She called Aonzo.

Merely before Pira got impatient, Aonzo picked up the phone and asked directly, "Are you going to make the sensible choice?"

Pira had avoided him for a long time because of marriage.

Neither of them would hesitate to sacrifice each other for his or her happiness.

Pira refused to give in. She asked, "Do you know who Candy's mother is?"

"Why does that concern you?"

"None of your business," Pira retorted impatiently. She was still angry.

"Then you go and find it out yourself," Aonzo said calmly. Unlike Amor, Aonzo would not be irritated because of Pira's rudeness, but this did not mean that he had a good temper.

"Amor had Maverick's mother and daughter under his control. If we find Candy's mother, we can take advantage of it. Aren't you afraid that Amor will make a deal with Maverick and get all the benefits? At that point, we will have less said in this family."
