Ah…

An Bing Qing raised her head and with both, her pair of eyes and her rosy mouth opened wide, she clumsily shook her head as she moved her body wanting to get down.

Feeling her movement, Wang Shu loosened his grasp on her.

Just as her feet touched the ground, she swiftly put some distance between them but it wasn't much, she stopped when she was at ten steps from him.

'Bing Qing, keep control of yourself!' she exclaimed in her heart with her head lowered and pressed lips, 'Remember your conclusion before ahh… cough, falling asleep. Getting all nervous it's not going to lead you to anyway…' Her heart was beating real fast; controlling her emotions was way more difficult whenever he was around.

Even so, as her head had cooled enough to think, she said while keeping the best she could her flustered self, "My apologies for all the caused trouble, Young master Wang".

Wang Shu saw all her actions over his shoulder without turning his body around. He looked deeply at her in silence which made An Bing Qing raise her head to steal a glance of his face before lowering it again.

At length, he gave a step back to turn his body around, replying, "Young miss An can take her apologies back, there is nothing worth apologizing for". Then, he turned his body back, thinking as he stepped forward, 'If there is someone that should apologize, that is me, I guess… Why am I even helping her?' Even though he had saved her, he had also practically taken advantage of her. Moreover, he had gotten into this mess himself, she hadn't asked for his help so whatever the trouble he faced, she wasn't at fault.

As he was trying to figure out his reasons, he found himself thinking about her too much yet again; he wasn't being himself, making him feel rather annoyed which yet again was him not being his usual self.

Now, beginning to feel frustrated, he swept away all the thoughts he had along with his flawed mood.

Just as every shred of them was about to be shook off of him, he heard An Bing Qing's caring voice when he felt his left wide sleeve being pulled, "...ait, wait, are you..."

But An Bing Qing who had been chasing and calling him out since he had begun to walk wasn't able to complete her sentence when she finally had caught up with him as a silvery light with dark sparks surrounded them, catching both of them out of guard.

However, as quick-witted Wang Shu was, he realized what was going on in an instant, 'Already?' he thought with a frown as he adjusted his body for the jump.

"Ugh…" An Bing Qing's vision went blurry and a nauseating feeling began to encroach her, 'This is…'

She was beginning to comprehend what was happening when she suddenly felt herself falling; they weren't being surrounded by the silvery light with dark sparks anymore and had appeared slight meters above of the circular arena that was in the place near the Ancient Inn and just before the Ghost Forest's outskirts.

"Ouch", though, she didn't fall and just lightly touched the floor of the arena with her feet, her reaction was that of a slight whine when a strong arm supported her from falling and before thinking straight, with her senses still wandering, she grabbed with her hands the arm that was before her waist as she turned her head around to see who the owner was, "Huh?"

It wasn't much of a surprise, the perfect and handsome face of Wang Shu was the one who appeared in her line of sight.

"Ah…" She opened her mouth to speak but no word was uttered immediately from her part.

Instead, as her rosy lips moved to give her thanks, a pristine voice with a hidden brim of joy gave rise from behind Wang Shu, "Big brother Wang Shu".

But Wang Shu didn't reply to the call, asking as he helped the half-bent An Bing Qing proper herself straight, "Does Young miss An still need something?"

"Eh… Nay", she softly shook her head.

"Ah…"

"Big brother Wang Shu, why did you appear far away from the Wang Clan's team?"

An Bing Qing was trying to follow her response with some grateful words but she was interrupted by the same pristine voice which now sounded closer yet again.

With highlighted reluctance as she had recognized the voice, An Bing Qing turned her gaze to Wang Shu's left side; the sound of incoming footsteps came from there.
