Is This A Dream

Zoya's POV :

A week went by in a blur all the wedding functions went by peacefully and finally now its the day of Barat , Their last day in Lahore, After this day she wont have to see him again . She has mixed feelings about that fact . she should be happy and she is relieved but she can't help but think about him .

Her thoughts were inturrupted by the bridal entry song playing on the DJ . Zoya watched as her cousin walked down the aisle , her beautiful red dress trailing behind her. The bride was glowing with happiness, and Zoya couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy. She missed having someone to share her life with, someone who would look at her the way her cousin's husband was looking at her right now. As the ceremony continued, Zoya's mind kept wandering back to the bazaar. She wondered what he was doing right now, if he was thinking about her too.

The sound of laughter and music filled the air, but Zoya felt like she was in a daze. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. The wedding reception was held in a grand hall, decorated with colorful lights and flowers. The aroma of delicious food filled the room, and Zoya's mouth watered as she walked towards the buffet. She piled her plate high with biryani and kabobs, but her appetite was gone. She couldn't stop thinking about what could have been.

As the night wore on, Zoya found herself lost in thought. She watched as her family danced and celebrated, but she couldn't bring herself to join in. She felt like she was on the outside looking in, like she was missing out on something important. Eventually, the night came to an end, and Zoya made her way back to her hotel room. She collapsed onto the bed, feeling drained and empty. She knew that she needed to move on from her ex, but it was easier said than done. As she drifted off to sleep, she wondered if she would ever find love again.

The next day, Zoya woke up early to catch her flight to Karachi. She felt a sense of relief as she left the wedding behind, but her mind was still clouded with thoughts of her ex. As she boarded the plane, she settled into her seat and gazed out the window.

The view from above was breathtaking. The sun was just starting to rise, casting a warm glow over the landscape. Zoya watched in awe as the plane soared over mountains and valleys, the colors of the sky changing with every passing minute. She felt a sense of peace wash over her, and for the first time in days, she felt like she could breathe.

As the flight continued, Zoya's thoughts began to drift. She thought about her family, her career, and her future. She wondered if she would ever find someone to share her life with, or if she was destined to be alone. She thought about the things that made her happy, like reading and painting, and made a mental note to do more of them.

As the plane began its descent into Karachi, Zoya felt a sense of excitement. She loved the hustle and bustle of the city, the way that it was always alive with energy. She couldn't wait to explore and see what adventures awaited her. She knew that there would be challenges along the way, but she was ready to face them head-on. As the plane touched down and taxied to the gate, Zoya gathered her things and stepped off the plane. She took a deep breath and smiled, feeling like anything was possible. She knew that there would be ups and downs, but she was ready to embrace them all.
