Ace Training

The next day arrived and I was still at Abby's house. I had already been awake but she was still asleep beside me. My phone began to ring and I sat up slowly. Abby whined a bit and held my arm. I chuckled softly and reached down from the bed to grab my pants then took my phone out of my pocket.

I answered the phone and cleared my throat a bit. "Hello?"

"Good morning, my darling..~" Eliza giggled softly.

"Good morning, Eliza." I smiled and laid back down. "What do you need?"

"Charlotte wanted me to tell you that we are training today at 12. Looking at the time, you have around an hour to get here. Charlotte won't be happy if you're late~" Eliza said. "I won't like it if you're late either..~ I need to see your face..~"

I sighed softly and sat up. "Right...right. I'll be there in a bit."

Abby woke up due to my constant movement then slowly sat up, rubbing her eyes. She covered herself with the blanket and watched me get out of bed. "Ryder..?"

I looked at Abby and smiled. "Good morning, Abby..~"

I got dressed then walked over to her and kissed her cheek. "Duty calls..~"

Abby smiled a bit and nodded. "I'll see you later okay?~"

I nodded and watched Talenta fly to my shoulder. I grabbed my belongings then waved at Abby and she waved back. I quietly made my way out her apartment so I wouldn't wake her roommate up.

I finally made it to HQ and got out the car. I hurried inside of the building and took the elevator to Charlotte's office. Once I made it, I walked out of the elevator and noticed the four agents and Charlotte along with Rebecca and Noel.

"You made it and with ten minutes to spare." Charlotte smiled at me then stood up.

"Training day today?" I asked.

"Yes, but it isn't the typical boring training. No.." Charlotte said and walked from behind her desk and smiled at me. "Today's training will be the Agents against The Ace. The Big Ten and their minions are going to only get stronger. As our Top Agent, it is mandatory that you remain the strongest."

"Come on. Now only have I just started off as The Ace, but I have to fight all six agents alone?" I asked.

"If it gets too bad, I can stop it at any time or you can use the safe word, "Mommy"." Charlotte giggled softly.

"Mommy..? Really?" I sighed softly. "Fine."

"Good, let's go to our training area." Charlotte nodded.

We all boarded the elevator and rose down to the training area. Once we made it, we all got out then headed inside the combat area. Charlotte stayed outside and pressed a button. The doors closed and the training area began to generate digital particles. I looked around then noticed a bright light then we appeared in an open battlefield.

"All Agents! Go 100%!" Charlotte announced!

The Agents nodded and all got ready. Talenta appeared beside me in her Love Demon form then crossed her arms.

"I'm scanning all of them and at their 100%, it's looking tough for you. Do you think you can handle it? I can always provide you with power." Talenta said.

I put on my mask then my terrifying presence began to seep from my body. I opened my left eye and my Emblem of Talent shined. "I will call upon you when necessary."

"Begin!" Charlotte called out.

Wendy equipped her gauntlets then she was the first to dash toward me. She went for an attack, but I dodged it and noticed her swift roundhouse kick. I caught her leg then sensed Noel behind me. I looked back then threw Wendy at her, making the two collide.

Alice aimed her sniper at me then fired a bullet then go up and ran off to a different location. I dodged the bullet and noticed it was headed straight for Noel. I grunted and used a protective barrier to deflect the bullet.

Noel was surprised then got serious. "You can't help an enemy out! You need to treat this like we want to kill you!"

Rebecca appeared next to me then struck me with a powerful kick. I grunted and my eyes widened then she knocked me away and ran after me. "Ace against Ace! Let's see who's better!~"

I landed on my feet then noticed she was already in front of me. 'She's fast!'

I dodged her punch then she palmed my stomach, staggering me. She rushed me with multiple attacks then kicked me away. Rhea appeared behind me then struck my back with the handle of her katana then slashed at me with her other. I groaned as I was hit. Eliza used her Blood Magic to lift me off the ground then slammed me on the ground.

Charlotte watched and crossed her arms. "His performance is extremely great, but against the Agents...He is lacking. The mission helped him acquire more skill, but..." She wanted to stop it, but didn't.

I groaned as Wendy struck my face then Noel kicked me away. I rolled backwards then laid on the ground, panting. I slammed my hand on the ground then activated Luck Zone. I stood up and adjusted my mask. I noticed the agents had jumped out of the Luck Zone out of instinct.

"Luck Zone. You seem to misunderstand how Luck Zone truly works." Rhea said then adjusted her hat.

"Not even Benedict truly understood it. The Luck Field is completely...random." Eliza giggled.

I looked surprised then looked at the Luck Zone. It didn't look any different from the Luck Zone Benedict used.

Talenta crossed her arms. "It looks like...you've been granted bad luck."

I grunted then got in a stance. I grunted as I felt myself grow weaker. I heard a bullet then dodged it, but the bullet exploded. I groaned as I was blown away by the explosion. I looked around and couldn't spot Alice. Wendy smirked and punched the air, sending a force of pressure at me. I tried to block it, but it broke through my guard and blew me away. I grunted as I bit the ground. I slowly stood up and felt myself growing weaker.

"Why are you still using the Luck Zone?" Talenta asked.

I stood up and noticed they weren't moving closer instead using ranged attacks. I tried to dodge the knife Noel threw at me, but it lodged into my leg. I groaned then was blown away by Eliza's magic attack and rolled on the ground.

Charlotte rose an eyebrow and watched. "What is he doing..? Is it testing the power of the Jinx?"

I stood up slowly and coughed a bit of blood then stood up straight. I smirked and everyone noticed my smirk. "Look around you."

Rebecca looked down and noticed she was standing in the Luck Zone. "The Field moved with him!"

"What?!" Rhea asked in shock. "So he was purposely letting himself get hit..? Wait he was reactivating the field each time he was knocked away!"

I adjusted my mask then my body began to develop new skills and powers within. 'My body has become more durable to attacks, but it isn't enough...'

I let down Luck Zone and exhaled. "The more I stood in the Luck Zone, I figured it was just a variation of Effect Field. The more you were attacking me, my body was evolving. Now that I have Effect Field down...I can do this."

I stomped my foot on the ground and a green light surrounded me then began to heal me. Once I was healed, the green light disappeared.

"By using the Emblem of Talent on yourself...you were able to understand Effect Field and all of its variants. Pretty smart I must say. Not even Shiro could've thought of anything like this." Talenta smiled.

"I need more power to even reach their level. I'm still too weak." I said. "But I can do this!"

I snapped my fingers then invisible energy began to surround my body. The others noticed then Rebecca smirked and dashed toward me. She unholstered her gun then fired bullets at me. I closed my eyes then the bullets were affected by the invisible energy then orbited around me. Rebecca looked surprised then noticed the bullets flying back at her. She dodged the bullets then looked at me in awe.

"Effect Field is very powerful, yet draining. If you hadn't noticed, you haven't landed a hit since Wendy and I don't even count that as a hit." Talenta said.

"Well, I can't do much as of right now...but I want to try something." I said then activated Luck Zone again. I began to concentrate and absorb the field into my body. "The more Eliza healed me...my body was able to absorb her magic.."

"Wait! You got Bad Luck again! Ryder! You can't!" Talenta warned.

Rebecca watched and noticed the Luck Zone growing smaller. "Is he...absorbing the Field?"

I bellowed and my eyes shined as I kept absorbing the Luck Zone. "If...I pull this shit off...Shiro said...I could...NNGH!!"

"Ryder! Enough!" Charlotte yelled.

"Become stronger..! I heard his voice in my dream..! If I absorb Cursed Energy..." I grunted.

"If you do that, you will either DIE, or transform and it's irreversible!" Talenta yelled and tried touching me, but purple lightning repelled her.

"My heart...is already filled with blood. I have killed many already. If I am to turn into a Demon, Dragon, or a Beast, then so be it! I have sinned and I am prepared for the consequences!" I said as I kept absorbing the Luck Zone.

The Zone had completely vanished then my heart thumped and I fell to my knees. Everyone looked at me surprised.

"Ryder!" Charlotte yelled.

I noticed myself in the Love Domain and looked up at Shiro. He stared out into the beautiful scenery and noticed a few spider lillies growing then chuckled. I stood up slowly and watched the garden.

"Power means that much to you huh, to the point of you actually listening to me despite you knowing you could die." Shiro said.

"The Agency...The Organization means so much to me to the point where I will put my life on the line to prove I'm strong enough to protect them all! Even with the Emblem of Talent, it isn't enough..." I said and looked down.

"The Masks responds to the power of your will. What do you wish to become? A Demon? A Dragon? A Beast? A Hero? Your heart is the key. I can only provide you with so much until you realize your potential." Shiro said then turned toward me.

I looked at him and noticed him walking toward me. "My potential?"

Shiro placed his hand on my shoulder then I felt his Divine Presence. He smiled at me and winked. "Your potential to Evolve. The Sigil of Talent is much more than being the most talented. You are the Master of All essentially. You are The Ace. You can not rush this process like I could, but you are the smartest out of everyone on the field. Do you know how many skills you were exposed to the past week?"

I looked surprised then noticed his smile.

"When I blessed the mask with the Power of The Ace, I blessed it with an ability only THE ACE can awaken called Omni State, a state that is similar to my God Form but for mortals like you. Alice has Supernatural Sight, Wendy has Supernatural Combat, Rhea has Supernatural Swordsmanship, Eliza has Blood Magic, Noel has Enhanced Speed, and Rebecca is also The Ace." Shiro started.

"Your limitations...is your own self doubt that you aren't strong enough. Reach deep down into your own soul and erase all doubt. Erase all unnecessary thoughts. Erase all negative aspects of yourself. You have reached all conditions to Limit Break." Shiro said.

"Limit Break?" I asked.

"It is a special ability The Ace has by default while others need to work for it. It grants you an incredible increase to your body. It gives you the ability to ignore your limitations or outright transcend them. Once you've mastered Limit Break...you will be able to become The True Ace. Limit Break is the first step to Omni State." Shiro said.

I looked down a bit then looked back at Shiro. "I think I understand."

"Good, now go back out there and Break Your Limits!" Shiro smiled.

I opened my eyes and noticed I was in the infirmary and sat up. Charlotte looked at me then hurried over to me. She hugged me and I grunted softly and looked up at her.

"Charlotte.." I started.

"My Beloved! Don't ever do something dumb like that again!" Charlotte said as she held me close to me. "I thought we had lost you.."

"I'm sorry...Shiro just told me...if I did that." I started then realization hit me. "He tricked me into doing it...knowing it would send me straight to him."

"Shiro is sly like that, that's why I was warning you to NOT do it! But...it was pretty smart because I feel a noticable different in your energy. You're completely immune to Curses and Jinxes. I guess it did have a positive outcome." Talenta said.

Charlotte made me look at her. "You can rest for today, you've-"

"No." I said then averted my eyes down. "I have to become stronger.."

"There's no rush in this, my love..~ I don't want you to overwork yourself. You have done enough for the day. We will have more days where we train and you'll have your chance to show me what Shiro taught you." Charlotte said then kissed my forehead.

I closed my eyes and grumbled. "But I hate ending things with a loss..."

"I know you do..~" Charlotte smiled.

I looked into her eyes and noticed her gazing into mine. Charlotte moved my hair from my left eye so she could get a clear view of my face. She blushed a bit and parted her lips a bit. I blushed as well then noticed her getting closer.

"We're alone once again...and this is one of my fantasies..~" Charlotte whispered.

"T-To be in the infirmary..? But this isn't-" I started then she placed a finger on my lips.

"I could play nurse for you..~ Or would you rather come over to my house..?~" Charlotte asked.

That was a direct invitation to go over and have nothing but sex with Charlotte. I could tell by the way she talked to me, the way her breathing was, the way she looked at me. Her lust energy was some of the purest I've seen in a while. She had me aroused by just a few words so I could tell how dangerous of a woman she was sexually.

As much as I wanted to decline...the more I admired her entire body...the more I wanted to say yes. She waited patiently for my answer.

"I..." I started then my phone began ringing, but Charlotte made me turn my attention back to her. There was no way out of this one. Not that I wanted out...

"So..?~ What will it be..?~" She asked. Her voice was husky, seductive, attractive.

I almost wanted to bark because of how much she turned me on. "Y-Yes!" I said and blushed madly. I made it sound like I was desperate.

"Good boy..~" She giggled and rubbed my hair. "I'll take good care of you tonight..~"

I couldn't wait to see what Charlotte was going to do. I was almost put in a trance by her, but I put her in a trance just by being near me. I wanted her so badly...I wanted her to the point where I could have sex with her in this very room.

"Come on..~ I'll take you to my place after we let everyone know you're okay..~" Charlotte said.

I nodded and got out of the bed. My heart races as Charlotte took my hand. I was not prepared for what was going to happen tonight.
