Mondays...

Her alarm had gone off, but Nova couldn't bring herself to leave her bed just yet. Last night she had managed to dodge all her family's questions and just went to bed. The weekend had been one of her best, but also one of her strangest. Honestly, Nova couldn't exactly put a word to how the weekend made her feel.

'Don't you just love Mondays?' Dawn spoke up suddenly.

Nova gave a slight snort before responding, 'yeah, cause everyone wants to be reminded that they get to face last week all over again.'

'Well, at least this week we'll have Jay and the other wolves,' Dawn pointed out.

Nova smiled at the thought of Jay before her eyes widened and she brought her hand up to cover her face with a groan. With a deep breath, she brought them away before sitting up and mumbling, "here's to hoping it won't blow up in my face."
