I, Naruto Have Divine Power

Although Kurama asked about the space door, his eyes were glued to the barbecue, barely moving. Naruto glanced at the big fox, then at the sizzling meat on the grill. It didn't take long for him to realize why Kurama was so focused. A slight smirk appeared on Naruto's face.

It seemed even the mighty Nine-Tails couldn't resist the allure of barbecue. The fox's eyes were practically glowing green, and bits of saliva were almost dripping onto the floor. Forget about the space door; this fox was more interested in eating.

Naruto decided to let it slide and not point out the fox's glaring interest in the meat. Instead, he continued to tend to the barbecue, adding seasoning and making sure the meat cooked perfectly.

The sound of grilling meat filled the space, and the aroma seemed to tug at Kurama's senses. It was a tantalizing smell that Kurama had never encountered before.

If it weren't for the cage, Kurama might have charged straight at Naruto and devoured the barbecue in one gulp.

Kurama's throat kept swelling as he stared at the grilled meat. "That's my natural power," he managed to say, though his focus remained on the delicious smell wafting through the air.

As Naruto seasoned the barbecue, he thought of the old saying about 'Chang Wei hitting Laifu.' He wondered how long it would take for him to become as formidable as he'd like.

"Hey, big fox," Naruto began, glancing at Kurama while turning the meat. "Do you know how to get stronger quickly?"

To Kurama's ears, Naruto's words sounded almost like a devil's whisper, promising a chance at tasting the roast.

Tell him... tell him quickly...

Kurama shook his head, suddenly hatching a plan. He wasn't foolish. If he shared the secret today, it would only mean one barbecue meal. What he wanted was a full feast!

Kurama had observed Naruto's physical training over the years. Those bizarre exercises seemed to be about building physical strength, not about becoming stronger in the true sense.

Clearly, Konoha didn't provide proper training for the Nine-Tails' Jinchūriki.

So, with a sly thought, Kurama puffed up his chest and looked at Naruto with an air of superiority, almost like a high-maintenance cat.

"Of course I know," Kurama boasted. "I've lived for a thousand years and seen everything."

"I can teach you how to become stronger... but you'll need to prepare five—no, six barbecue meals for me every day!"

Kurama's demands were absurdly high.

"No way!" Naruto retorted. "If I have to feed you six times a day, I'd be stuck here all the time."

"Three meals at most," Naruto added, looking frustrated.

Feeding Kurama six times a day wasn't exactly feasible. The largest piece of meat in the system was just over two meters, enough for the fox to fit between its teeth. More importantly, Naruto didn't want another situation where he ended up with a giant, gluttonous fox.

Kurama, seeing the six-year-old Naruto's small stature, realized that his request might indeed be excessive. He decided to compromise, though, tempted by the thought of more delicious barbecue.

"Five meals, no less," Kurama demanded, with a tone that brooked no argument. "Deal?"

Naruto's response was immediate and crisp. "Deal!"

Kurama felt a bit outmaneuvered.

Naruto was thrilled. With the system's industrial modules, setting up a barbecue assembly line was a breeze. From ingredient preparation to an automated grilling process, feeding Kurama would be a cinch.

Kurama raised his head, signaling that the deal was set. Naruto scratched his head, hesitated, and then took his first step towards the cage.

As the enormous orange figure of Kurama loomed closer, Naruto felt a pang of apprehension. His understanding of Kurama came from the anime in his previous life, which portrayed the beast as incredibly powerful and menacing.

Approaching the cage, Naruto was hit with the sheer magnitude of Kurama's presence. He felt the intense aura of anger and violence that surrounded the Nine-Tails. It was a stark contrast to the tamer fox he had imagined.

The space between Naruto and Kurama seemed vast, and the six-year-old felt dwarfed by the towering beast. His previous experiences with large creatures had been limited to tigers and elephants at the zoo.

"Kid, come up," Kurama's voice rumbled, snapping Naruto out of his thoughts.

With a deep breath, Naruto tried to calm his nerves. He reminded himself that Kurama was just a greedy fox, not a monster. He took a steadying step and climbed onto the palm of the Nine-Tails.

Kurama lifted Naruto's small form to his head and then opened his enormous mouth. The sight of the gaping abyss was daunting. Naruto quickly took out the steak from his system and began tossing it into Kurama's mouth.

He kept throwing the meat, watching as it rained into Kurama's cavernous maw. To Naruto's surprise, the fox didn't even bother chewing—it simply swallowed the meat whole.

Half an hour later...

"Big fox! Are you full yet?" Naruto asked, his hands sore from all the tossing.

Kurama's stomach seemed like a bottomless pit. Naruto was starting to worry about managing both Kurama and his own needs in the future.

Kurama finally closed his mouth and made a symbolic movement as though savoring the last bits. A loud belch echoed through the sealed space.

"Half full," Kurama declared, looking somewhat satisfied but still unimpressed.

He then added with a hint of disdain, "You're too weak, kid. Stop your pointless practices and do as I say tomorrow."

Naruto sighed. He knew that Kurama's criticism of his training was likely aimed at the push-ups he'd been doing.

"Alright," Naruto agreed. "You're the strongest tailed beast; you know best."

Despite Kurama's dismissive attitude, Naruto felt a sense of accomplishment. He had taken the first step in connecting with the fox and wasn't as frightened as he had been initially.

"Good night, big fox," Naruto said, turning to leave the sealed space.

"Good night, kid," came Kurama's voice, softening slightly as Naruto disappeared from view.

The exchange had been a strange mix of fear, negotiation, and camaraderie. For now, Naruto was content with his progress and the new dynamic he was building with Kurama.
