---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A massive campus stood before Rimuru and myself, beautifully designed with hundreds of windows and gothic architecture. Steepled roofs were used for the majority of the buildings and the generally grey structures were outshone by the sprawling gardens. Flowers and plants of all kinds danced amidst the strong winds that swept through far off arches, tree canopies and over roofs.

"Rimuru. Go get Shizu, I'll wait out here in case Yuuki does anything."

He nodded simply as he summoned Ranga, both vanishing into shadows as they translated between distant spots of darkness that lay beneath buildings. At the same time Shion was standing next to me, her stance a little awkward as this was the first time we had spent time alone with each other since the incident with Shuna.

Awkwardness was filling her mind so much that she started to hum in an attempt to fill the void of conversation. Her little bit of singing struck me as quite pretty despite the clear anxiety it held whilst being in proximity to me. We hadn't ever really solved this issue, a problem that would have to be resolved now as only the present mattered at this moment and I wanted her focussed.

"Shion?"

The woman almost choked on her own tongue as she stopped humming, her eyes latching onto me in nervousness as her body tried its best to stay still despite the obvious twitch in her legs from her anxiety.

"Y-yes Silviana-sama?"

"About Shuna..."

Her face went pale as her entire demeaner shifted, a frown slipping onto her face as she almost seemed reluctant to talk about the matter.

"I just wanted to day that any bad blood we may have had is not of concern to me. We are way passed that moment and ultimately we have both grown as people. As adults I'd like for us to shake hands, agreeing to call bygones bygones."

"Ah- okay... S-sure!"

She literally extended her hand for a handshake, her expression much more relaxed than before as she exhaled in relaxation. It seemed she had been dreading that conversation for a long time. Smirking at her I took her hand with my own and gave a firm handshake, her body somewhat yanking downwards despite my efforts to control my strength.

"Sorry, I am still getting used to my new strength."

"It's fine!"

Smiling at the fact I had just skipped all beef with her, she continued to hum, this time with much more exuberance. At the same time I began to observe the entire school, my perception extending outwards through an Arcane Eye spell that was scooped from the amalgam of spells that made my Arcane Apotheosis.

Hundreds of normal students were gathered in the larger aspects of the school, many going about their normal days as teachers guided them or some snuck out of class to avoid certain lessons. Moving forwards I found the teacher offices were I saw nothing of particular interest to me, only some rather vivid scenes of a woman playing with herself whilst looking at a magazine of some sort. Shaking my head I directed the arcane eye further and finally reached the wing of the school where the Summons were trained. Here I would most likely find Chloe and some of the other kids... I didn't care for their names because they had little significance to the grander scheme of things.

A detect magic spell fluttered out from my arcane eye as I detected several magical presences in the form of shadowy outlines through walls and surfaces. My 'eye' phased through a wall, invisible, as I observed Rimuru standing in front of the kids protectively shielding them from the man that stood before him. White buttoned suit with metallic buttons and lining framing a Japanese-esque face, pitch black hair and clam looking orang-gold eyes.

"Rimuru-san, you hurt me, I would never hurt the children or you... What has made you like this?"

Rimuru tensed even more as I could almost hear Ciel telling him the body language and the minute meanings hidden in his words. No response was given to Yuuki by him as he was extremely wary of any mind manipulation powers. It was a valiant effort to retain mental stability in such a situation.

"Shion, hold tight."

"Huh? W-wha....!"

I slapped my hand onto her shoulder and ripped us through space, the distance between our current position and the one I had targeted lessening to a point infinitesimally close to zero. No portal or flashy energy was displayed on our arrival, a simple rippling of the visual spectrum that let out small wind gusts alongside the landing.

"Hoho... Who may this be...?"

"Hello Yuuki Kagurazaka. It's good to finally see the one who has such great ambitions for the world."

The cordial and calm façade faded in but a second as his eyes turned piercing, eyebrows dropping into a pissed off position as his entire face scrunched with several veins lightly showing on the edges of his forehead. Rimuru breathed a sigh of relief as now we at least outnumbered him.

"Who are you?"

His tone was rather soft despite the state his face and body was in, but this was to be expected, he wasn't a threat for no reason. If he didn't have this much patience than defeating him would be akin to fighting a child.

"You know well who I am. It's just that I know far more about you than you would like me to... And you, you lack such a clarity of information on me..."

"I will give you five seconds, otherwise I will be forced to expunge you to save my students."

"Now, now... We don't want to resort to such violence in front of them. I have made no threats to you."

"1..."

"Stubborn, far more than I would expect from someone who controls the Deathman. Anyway, I have come to ask for Shizu's safe hand over to us."

Several of the kids behind Rimuru started to panic a little and cry out in worry and frustration. Scoffing at their little worries I still focussed on my main target, Yuuki. His entire form was gleaming with energy and he was triggering danger senses across my body and mind.

"You desire her safety... You desire to protect your wives and people. Most importantly you desire not to- Hmmm, I can't see that, what is that?"

"Ohhh, you are going to use Unique Skills such as Greed on me?"

At the mention of the skill's name his entire aura flared and his magic went chaotic, his entire body quaking in anger and vengeance. At this stage in the story he was supposed to only have one Unique Skill, but he certainly had other OP abilities. Anti-Skill, Creator, Esper and Steal Life, all of these were massively difficult to deal with... Not including the martial prowess he had. Many spells from DND could counter him completely in different ways but they would be area of effect spells that could drag innocents into a conflict.

"Bitch... Do you wish to die?"

"I don't know. At one point I would have said yes. But now? Nah... Not really partial to that. My offer of handing over Shizu was me being kind despite how poorly you have treated my friend's potential wife. It's a shame, that since we have gotten here, I started searching the entire city with my magic and have since found her."

He moved in an instant, his fist raised towards me as his Anti-Skill wrapped around his skin like a cushion of psychic energy, unnoticeable to most eyes, but inconsequential to find out, for me... To be honest my Assura Cultivation wished to eat him alive, gain the powers myself, but as I said the fight would be ugly. Hermes was always active for me, and since combat had officially broken out I zoomed around like the flash teleporting each child out of the room and then following it up with Shion and Ranga. Shion being easy enough as Ranga was slightly more difficult with me having to pull him out of Rimuru's shadow. But that didn't matter as immediately they were out of the combat zone and could survive now. Whilst I was near Rimuru I whispered the location of Shizu to him, the noise having to catch up to him when I chose to slow down. This wasn't even me using Haste spells, this was just Hermes fully unlocked speed with the aid of my cultivation upgrade.

Stepping in front of the slowly moving Yuuki I turned my head, his eyes tracking me despite the speed difference as his body began to increase in speed to match me. It was a feature of his Creator skill, allowing him to literally use his soul to just create whatever skills or abilities he wanted. Yet again, it could not forge Ultimate Skills or Unique Skills, but it could still help him in such situations as this.

"You know, you are super arrogant for someone with very little true power. What do you have that Guy Crimson or Michael doesn't have? What attributes and qualities that you have, qualify you for ruling over this world, becoming a GOD?"

His facial expression began to harden as his fist started to speed up just that little bit, the momentum shifting to the spot where I stood. Amusedly I moved over to the opposite side of him, where his fist was no longer able to target.

"Nothing. That is the answer. You think yourself so superior yet you do not even understand the board game... You have intelligence possibly superior to my own, yet you have done nothing but manipulate yourself into comfort. I pity you, you who will never have a chance to fight against me properly."

'Oops, It seems I may have made his Unique Skill evolve...'

His rage and frustration morphed into utter revulsion. No longer did he look kind or intelligent, no, he seemed like a man pushed far beyond his boundaries. My words were not that harsh, at least that Is what I thought but apparently it was enough for him to evolve like an anime character.

"B-Bitch...! I'll show you what power is!"

Energy of a new form that I had never seen washed out from his hand and cascaded over me. Needles of pain tingling my form multiple times over as small finger-like appendages crawled through the insides of my soul searching for something to take away. Greasy like a proper pauper's fingers this power began to make me feel ill.

"If you are using Mammon, then you are a deluded fool. All of my powers are protected behind my Heart Core."

|+1 Point to Morgan!|

'Hehehehehe!'

"THEN I SHALL STEAL YOUR ENERGY!"

"You know, it's stupid to actually say what you are going to do out loud..."

I cast haste on myself as my speed rocketed to double what I could do just a moment before. Velocity and Momentum was one of the most powerful aspects of Physics and now he was about to get a close up showcase of this rule of the universe.

"Let's go outside for this fight, yeah?"

*BWOOOOM*

My fist crunched into his stomach as the sheer force with which I hit him accelerated him to my level of speed, his movements matching my own speed as I followed him out of the nearby window. Each footstep dusted the floor beneath me as the kinetic energy ruptured several elements of the building. Running after him I jumped out of the huge hole that was exploding outwards in real time. My fairy wings flashed out of my back as my wings maintained my speed in flight.

Lightning manifested in my hands, the magic drawing outwards and projecting forwards. This lightning wasn't magical, no, it was just propelled by magic until it would touch his ability where the natural lightning would flow outwards as the magic was snuffed. Electricity surged and imploded with power as it surged at Yuuki in a moment quicker than even my speed could follow.

"AGHHHHRGHH!"

My speed slowed down intentionally as Rimuru heard my voice in his ear despite me already being outside. He was tracking me with his eyes all the time but couldn't move yet, my speed ridiculous for most Demon Lords below Demonic Overlord, until I slowed down. In an instant he increased his speed as much as he could, his form bouncing over buildings, leaping from shadow to shadow towards the Free Guild where Shizu was found by me. Only issue was that he'd run into someone that was not from here, one that had never learned what I had just this morning.

Magicules throughout the city began to syphon towards the direction of Yuuki as he crashed into one of the distant walls of the city. Magic signatures began to alight throughout as the defences activated. Spells began to lurch towards me from the walls, my aura squashing all of them as it snowballed over the entirety of the city. Everyone instantly felt shivers as my voice boomed out.

"STAY OUT OF THIS, OR I SHALL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO REARRANGE THE GOVERNANCE OF THIS KINGDOM!"

Buildings quaked as the very foundations rumbled. Civilians fled indoors as soldiers fearfully took shelter in the towers and outposts throughout the streets and walls. My emotions calmed when I saw Yuuki stand up, a limp being the only sign that my punch had done damage. It was a significant sign of how hard I had punched him since his Create and Anti-skill abilities usually nullified a large percentage of the damage. Black soot and lightning patterns layered on top of his skin as his eyes glimmered in something beyond anger, beyond hatred... Utter genocidal madness.

"Very well. You cannot let me just do what i wish? Then let me show you my pedigree!!!"
