3 Chapter 3 No little piggy's here at all miss wolf...

The duo of androids left me no escape opportunity and honestly, I was losing the shock of the bullet and was feeling bone-deep aches within my shoulder, so I just wanted to get back to my nice stack of futons on my wall cot and rest.

"So where can I get some ammo like you guys use?" I asked just trying to make conversation and keep my mind off the hole in the body.

A2 who was following me and covering the real answered me before E6 could which clearly made her pout and turn back around as she was irritated with not being the one to answer as her heels started cracking the pavement as she walked.

'I honestly can't tell if her stomping is to get me to look at her backside, drown out the words of A2, or if she is that irritated?' I mused with a light smile as I listened to A2's reply to my question.

"We no longer use conventional rounds and haven't for a long time as the world is so infested with Maso energy from the catastrophe that our pods are able to condense it into bullets, fuel, and other forms of magic."

'Wait could I become a wizard or something?' I thought excitedly but my hopes were instantly dashed as A2 sighed. "And Maso is how Humanity was destroyed by turning almost all of them into pillars of salt." Sounds biblical to be honest maybe the good old warning of not absorbing an energy field larger than your head is a good lesson but then again magic...

"So could I throw fireballs with it?" I asked bluntly watching E6 stumble in front of me at the question.

I knew I fucked up when A2 strode in front of me almost instantly and cupped my face and stared me down. "Human... You will not be allowed to fight, period."

I fully admit I am a bit of a petty shit when people condescend to me, so I am not ashamed of my actions when I swiftly lashed out with my foot and as she went to dodge, it didn't matter as I hit the target I desired when my steel-toed boot broke her high heel making her stumble.

"Don't speak down to me like a child or I will try my chances with the robots." I snorted and kept walking as I saw E6 take little steps out of my way clearly making sure I couldn't do the same to her.

Like really who the hell fights in high heels...

I was having a hard time not laughing as I could hear her walking awkwardly from only having one high heel on her, but I wasn't going to apologize after she got in my face and told me I was basically an invalid.

Thankfully the awkward situation couldn't continue as we reached the little residential street my bunker was nearby, and I saw that cute little patriotic robot sitting on a porch and he waved seeing me.

"A2 watch the human as I dispose of the robot to make sure we won't be followed," E6 spoke and her large great sword flashed from behind her shoulder and into her hand as she strutted towards the clearly panicking robot who had just covered its head terrified of the android advancing on it.

"Ah no you will not E6!" I called making her stagger in place at my order.

I pointed at the robot in question. "That robot is a proud patriot of my country so it shall not be harmed as it helped me and gave me directions to the resistance camp." Both androids just looked tired of my nonsense, but I made their choice for them as I kept walking and their options were to either deal with the now fleeing robot, follow me, or split up and neither one would accept leaving me with the other.

'Man, I kind of feel like an abusive woman with all the ultimatums I keep throwing at them...' Then again, I have far worse than a broken nail as I am throwing my bitch fits, so I have that excuse.

As I reached the bunker doors, I saw E6 send her pod into the sky and soon it was out of sight as we stared at her in confusion. "I am having the pod anchor itself into orbit to relay data to and from A2's pod and is linked to YoRHa headquarters to reduce any possible machine interference to a minimum."

I nodded as I had zero hopes of them basically not watching my every move, but I would draw the line when I used the bathroom.

"E6, can you request the sending of medical procedures to deal with an injured human," I asked and E6 nodded, and I could see her go stiff as she seemingly focused on connecting to the moon base or wherever YoRHa was.

"A2 get the medical crate over on the wall," I admit as I was sitting back on my futon pile that watching a girl trying to walk on one high heel was hilarious, especially with the height of those heels.

E6 already seemed to be mentally present as she twitched back to life. "I have collected the data on treating battle wounds in humans." She said in her monotone voice and then turned to A2 who was clearly confused after opening the big crate full of medical necessities.

There was everything in the crate as it was a literal toolbox with multiple shelves converted to hold everything a hospital would need just in far smaller quantities and sorted to whether it was tools, gauze, pills, or even medicine that needed to be injected. But I didn't really know much about those as my grandfather told me if I needed those and I was alone I was probably too fucked to use them anyway.

Thankfully he did show and set one thing aside just in case I needed it, a bottle of pentazocine. Basically, a weaker opioid and less addictive than Morphine.

Before I could shoot myself up with a bit of it, E6 grabbed my arm. "Human. allow me to do the measurements for the amount to inject into yourself." Honestly, I just wanted to the pain to go away so I just laid back with a groan.

"Alright then, Uhm I weigh 175 pounds, 6 feet tall, and uhm last I checked at my physical I was at eleven percent body fat." She gratefully nodded and made some adjustments as I laid back and looked at the ceiling, I felt the pinch of the needle enter me and before I could mentally count to thirty, I lost consciousness
