Marina had to study three times more than the other students, she didn't go out to bars and clubs and she didn't make any friends that didn't help her overcome her limitations of an outdated learning. Her best friends during college were books and teachers who saw her as the exact motivation to teach.

During those years, Marina discovered that she couldn't drink any alcohol — after being shown pictures of everything she had done the night before the only party she went to.

AT FIRST, EVERYTHING went well, until at another party, one of her colleagues tried to rape her, trying to defend himself, pushed him and he hit his head on the corner of a piece of furniture and died instantly.

The fact came out in many local newspapers, but as the college had influence, they managed to hush up the case, however, the dean gave her two alternatives.

She could just drop the course, or...

She chose the second option to move forward with her dream.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, Marina went to Dean Evans' apartment, which made her think about what her father said:

When she finished college, Marina decided to open an office and work in a private hospital, and in her spare time she still went out with some students she had been in contact with since college and got an extra one.

Those two months that Mark was in a coma, Marina almost lost hope in herself, as her condition was unstable, she didn't know how anyone could survive with so many injuries like those. Arms, legs and spine were fractured, the pain he felt was undoubtedly outsized.

The joy she felt when she saw him wake up was immense, for the first time she felt truly fulfilled in life.
