Chapter 2 The Voice In My Head

(Welcome master) a voice says as Zane opens his eyes, and he sees himself in a cave. "who are you?" Zane says as he stands up, (I am the Necromancer System, and I am here to help you get stronger) the voice says in a happy tone.

"Wha-what's the Necromancer System?" Zane says confused as to what is going on, (would you like the detailed version or the quick version, I would recommend the detailed version if you would like more information!) the voice replied. should I choose the more detailed version for the sake of understanding or the quick version for time, Zane thought to himself, "the detailed version please."

(the Necromancer System is a platform where you will gain strength to obtain your deepest desires, you will be able to grow in strength as the days go by and become the strongest there is, if you wish to ask a question you can simply say or think 'System' and I will answer whatever you need, and if you wish to see your progression simply say or think 'Status'!)

'Status' Zane yells internally as a transparent screen with words pop up in front of him.

"System, Why does it say I am a high human?" Zane said, (Since you were summoned as a high human it means you are quicker to understand different kinds of magic then the average human), (* this is the author speaking from now on 'these' will mean zane is thinking it in his mind*) 'so a high human has a better look on magic so that means I can get stronger faster then normal humans'

"System, explain to me what the skills I have mean" Zane ordered, (Yes master, the skill basic summoning is a skill where you will be able to summon Skeleton minions to do your bidding, you can currently summon up to 10 skeletons, Dark magic is the main magic that is used for Necromancy so as you raise the level of this magic the stronger your basic summoning will be, Magic control gives you control over things imbued with magic, which makes it so you can control the skeletons you summon!).

"System, how do I summon skeletons?", Zane said while looking at the ground, (you simply say or think 'summon' and a brand new skeleton will be born!)

'Maybe I shoukd try thinking it first to see how it works out, Summon!' as he though this he heard the ground rip as he saw a skeleton emerge from the earth, but what he saw looked nothing like a human skeleton it was much bigger and much more frightening, (Congratulation on you first summon, yo have summoned an 'Ogre Skeleton')

Zane stood there in awe of how large this creature was "System you never told me there were so many different races!" Zane yelled out is shock. (Forgive me master, I did not know you didn't know of the other races)

"it's fine, I was just surprised" Zane said calming down, "so what's the difference between a human skeleton and an Ogre Skeleton?"

(an ogre skelton has much more brute strength then a human skeleton but it also has less of an affinity for magic, would you like to see the status of the ogre Skelton?) "yes" Zane said staring at the marvelous creature standing in front of him
