Chapter 92: Proposal
Four silhouettes of people can be seen drinking in a private room with dishes and booze on the short table.
One was the pair of an orange-haired man and a green-haired big chest lady, while the other was a brown-haired woman and a boy with similar features to the brown-haired woman.
"Hey Seiya-kun, is there something good that happened today? It's a big feast." It was Tarō Kabakura.
"Oh, I know, it must be the celebration of going independent. I heard from Aisu-chan that you got a huge house to live in. Lucky you~! Here, drink some booze." Hanako Koyanagi cheered and poured a cup of Sake for Seiya. She was a little drunk.
"Koyanagi-senpai, Seiya is still minor! Give it to me!" Aisu exclaimed and snatched the cup and drank it in one gulp.
Seiya chuckled as he silently drank his cup of classical Japanese green tea. He was not hungry as he had already eaten dinner prepared by Mamako.
"This guy earned a fortune. I bet he wants us to work for him." Aisu spoke and sneered from the corner of her eyes.
She was not wrong…
He invited Kabakura, Koyanagi, and his aunt Aisu for the feast for the evening party.
Reason? Well…
"I have a special offer for all of you," Seiya spoke as he put down the cup of tea.
Kabakura, Koyanagi, and Aisu stopped speaking as their attention returned to this high schooler.
"Ho? I am interested. If a high schooler can afford to feast us, adults, he must have something great in his mind~! What is it? Do you want my help in making a BL novel?" Koyanagi smirked.
"Shut up, you old hag! You just had an office dinner party yesterday!" Kabakura scolded his girlfriend and looked at Seiya, "Offer, you say? Is it related to your novel?"
Both of them only know Seiya as a novelist and singer. They thought Seiya might want the couple's help with licensing or security concerns.
"Oi brat, is it related to your fortune? I know you have like millions in your account!" Aisu snorted.
Although Seiya didn't show it, he must have made a fortune secretly since she heard from his girlfriend that Seiya had become wealthy.
"Millions? Miss, I am a billionare!" Seiya smirked and showed Aisu as well rest of his account balance.
"WHAT!!!?"
Kabakura, Koyanagi and Aisu all dropped their jaws when they saw the ten-digit number on Seiya's phone.
"Oi brat! Tell me something, did you rob a bank or hack some account?! I swear to God, if I found anything shady? I am going to beat your ass?!" Aisu jumped and glared at Seiya.
"W-wait, I think Seiya-kun must have his reasons, right?" Kabakura tried to calm Aisu and asked Seiya.
"Oi Kabakura! Are we not dreaming, right? Just what the hell we were doing for the past 27 years?" Koyanagi thought the reality was drifting away. She had been working her ass off for the past seven years to earn a living, and here Seiya was, having billions just like that. Even her whole life salary combined wouldn't amount that much.
"Ahem, how I got the money isn't the topic here." Seiya coughed. "The point is, I will start my own company."
"…Seiya-kun, you realized you are still a minor, right?" Kabakura spoke.
"That's preciously why I have invited all of you here."
Seiya knew that the term minor would be stick with him until he turned 18, even though he was already an adult inside.
For now, like 16 years old boy, he couldn't do anything besides relying on these adults. His plan was simple; he would let Aisu handle the company on his behalf, like paperwork and other trivial matters related to running a company.
On the other hand, he could focus on increasing his connections for business and focus on getting stronger. He knew that he didn't need money for now, but as a narcissist, his pride wouldn't allow him to work under anyone.
Japan's working conditions are just the worst globally, and there is no way he will work under someone ever again. He has a system and methods to get stronger, so he didn't need to work for someone to build his career.
"I am not feeling good…." Aisu spoke as she noticed Seiya's smirking gaze.
"Ah, that's right. You all will be a new part of the empire that I will build. It will be the biggest industry ever! So I will extend my hand and ask, are you with me!"
"…"
All of them had no words to describe it. Sure Seiya's leader-like speech was great, but they can't take this seriously.
"Seiya, I will ask directly. Do you want us to quit our jobs for you?" Aisu asked.
"Seiya-kun, we are grateful for your advice but quitting jobs for a company that doesn't exist… I don't know if you are aware but stable jobs like ours are hard to get, not to mention we have worked our ass off to get those positions." Kabakura also spoke.
Koyanagi already passed out as she just wanted to escape from this cruel reality.
Seiya closed his eyes and sighed. He had expected this kind of reaction, so he didn't argue. He opened his phone and explained the concept of the gaming series called Pokemon. Luckily, everyone completed their part of the job on the first day, so Seiya now had more reasons to convince them, especially Aisu.
It was then the adults' turn to be surprised. Catching monsters and training them is a new and compelling idea. From a business perspective, it was the right idea to invest money.
"Nee-san, I will ask again. Are you okay to dedicate your life to one job that doesn't spare you time to think about your life?"
"I…" Aisu tied to speak, but words didn't come out. Seiya was right. Because she was so focused on building her career, she lost all chance to date some guy and brick her relationship.
"Kabakura-san, Koyanagi-san, I know you guys like manga and anime, but you have to hide from others, not to mention that your company is just an advertising company. Are you even enjoying working there?"
"Well, the pay is good…." Kabakura is also a loss for words. The only reason he was working for the company was that pay was stable. The work is boring as hell and doesn't allow any increment or bonus for overtime.
"Hey, Seiya-kun." Koyanagi raised her brow.
"Yes, Koyanagi-san?"
"Will your company deal with the new BL series?"
"…No."
He wanted their help, but he was not a degenerate that he would allow BL or any other such shit.
"But I will promote shoujo manga and anime in future."
Before Korean manhwa took over the market in this genre, Seiya wanted to take his chance.
"Then I am with you." Koyanagi smiled.
"Oi, are you serious?" Kabarkura asked his girlfriend.
"What? Are you saying we should stick with our boring job for the rest of our life?" Koyanagi asked in return.
"I…"
"Then it is decided. I don't know about you all, but if there is a ray of hope to work myself, I am willing to take this risk. Seiya-kun, bring the booze!"
It was then that Kabakura smacked Koyanagi and let her pass out. She was too drunk for the moment.
Kabakura sighed and looked at Seiya, "Seiya-kun, very well. I will try my best to help for the time being, but I will not quit my job until or unless I see success. Besides, we will have to pay plenty if either of us is to leave in the middle of the month."
"Sounds fair." Seiya nodded.
"Hey, hey, what about my opinion?!" Aisu interrupted and banged the table.
Seiya and Kabakura looked at her like they were looking at another obvious idiot.
"You don't want to work? It is fine. I don't have a choice but to ask my father…." Seiya spoke as he rolled his eyes.
"Hey, I-I am not saying that…. You scum, are you playing the emotional card?"
"Then it is decided. Nee-san will be the CEO of this new company. Kabakura-san and Koyanagi-san will help in other matters like setting things up." Seiya said and raised his class.
"You are something else, Seiya-kun." Kabakura smiled and also raised his glass.
"You are the devil but also my cute nephew." Aisu also smiled and raised her glass.
Koyanagi had already passed out, so they ignored her.
"Cheers!"

Seiya and Aisu were in the car on their way to their home when Aisu spoke.
"By the way, have you decided on the company's name?"
"Yes."
Seiya didn't come unprepared.
"It's Romani. The Romani Entertainment."
