Chapter 46: Narcissist makes his name in music
Seiya was sitting with his hands testing the keys while thinking what kind of song or rather a theme he should play.
At master level Music, he could replicate any song perfectly with even more improvement. Well, he doesn't know what he will do at the invincible level of skill.
He just had only two skills on an invincible level, his mathematics, and mental resistance and they are already working at a supernatural level.
He wondered if he could make music type noble phantasm like Mozart or Salieri.
Anyway, he finally thought about the theme he was going to play. It was a beautiful theme that he usually used to hum after watching that anime.
He then took a deep breath and pressed the first key.
The theme he was playing was called 'The Place Where Wishes Come True' from legendary anime called Clannad.
As he started to play, the melody started to roam the whole hall like magic.
Instantly, the room fell into pin-drop silence.
Everyone had their eyes and mouth open as they couldn't even grasp the will to believe that the person sitting on the bench playing the simple piano was even a high school student.
The theme was so sweet, calm, and emotional that they couldn't even take a deep breath in fear to disrupt the play.
Slowly tears started to surge from the eyes of many students.
Utaha had tears in her eyes while thinking about all the beautiful moments she had spent with her boyfriend.
Eriri was also right beside Utaha, had her eyes red from the emotions that were erupting in her heart while watching her old friend playing piano… again?
Shiro was also swinging his head with silent happiness while glancing at Sakura if he should hold her hand or something but he didn't know why the next person was holding a pair of scissors in her hands.
Many others had been enjoying the play differently. Some had tears while others had warm smiles but what was common in them was that they were all enjoying such a beautiful theme together except one person.
Mafuyu was petrified from the sight of Seiya. She didn't know what to make of this child. If one had a very extraordinary talent then it is only natural to peruse the field that relates to such talent but what about if the person also has another talent of the same level? Not to mention it was self-proclaimed multitalented we are talking about. If Seiya had other such skills then what would be Mafuyu's stand to approach Seiya.
Her belief that a student must seek a profession according to their talent started to crumble. She felt a little ashamed as to how would she even face Seiya.
On the other hand, after a brief moment of playing the instrument, Seiya finally ended the play and took a deep breath.
He then stood up and looked at everyone and bowed slightly.
It was then the whole hall erupted with cheers for him. Some had tears while others giggling but everyone had happiness on their faces.
There were also more people in the hall as basketball club along with Shiro and Sakura, who had a pair of scissors, were also present in addition to Eriri and the main protagonist and heroine of the show, Nozaki, and Sakura.
Seiya flinched at the sight of Utaha and Eriri looking at him with stern as if asking why he had to play such a sad song. It's not like he lost his wife or children in war!
"Ahem." It was then he stood up and coughed to gather the attention. "As you all have enjoyed such theme and most of you might become a little emotional, right?"
"YEAH!" Almost all of them exclaimed together.
"Then it is only natural that I, the great Seiya Kanie should show you a little bit more of my great talent." Seiya smirked and then flicked his hair, "So I am going to sing a song and you all should sing with me!"
"Yeah!!" Everyone again cheered, albeit fewer compared before since they didn't expect Seiya to be a narcissist.
"Very well." Seiya nodded and then picked a guitar. He wanted to play a jazz/rock song to lighten the mood. It has to be that song.
"Let's Shake & Shake!"
It was then he started to play the guitar.

Just as he started to swing, again a new airstrikes the hall. Everyone slowly started to move as if waiting for a big wave.

♪Konseiki saidaikyuu no kagaku han'nou asobase♪

Seiya then looked at everyone and announced, "Everyone! Say it with me!"
"Shake it, la, la, la!

Just as he says that he swings his microphone towards the audience who followed his call and started to sing the chorus with him.
"Shake it, la, la, la!

He then dives into dancing with the girls. He smiled and bumped his hip with Utaha's.
"♪Mazari atte hikari ate♪"
He then gives his microphone to Utaha who followed the chorus with a beaming smile.
"Shake it, la, la, la!

He then looked at Eriri and who was also dancing with him in joy.
"♪Saikouchou no pareedo o♪"
It was Eriri who then catches the chorus.

Seiya then went his way towards the basketball club and Shiro. He first kicked Kise away who was dancing with Shiro and then jumped between him and his cute kohai Sakura.

It was Shiro's turn to follow the rule.

It was then cute Sakura's turn to show her sweet voice who happily supports the rule.

Seiya then made his way towards the main stage to wind up the song.
"Shake it, la, la, la~

♪Disukoodo shitatte waratteiru♪
♪San-san-go-go no hikari datta tte♪
♪Shijou saikou na ima o shinjiteiru♪
♪Nandakanda itte kirai janai...."
After a long brief of ending the song, the hall burst into cheers again.
