26 Chapter 26: A spooky encounter
Seiya walked into his room and jumped on his bed exhausted from the events that unfolded on his first date. He now came to know that it would probably be because of his low luck.
However, it was a fruitful day where he got tons of rewards. Who would have thought that mere signing loyalty would bring him so many rewards?
"Speaking of rewards!" Seiya then realized that the rewards were on a halt!
The only reason he didn't accept the rewards was those mystic eyes. As you have guessed, he didn't want to insert himself in supernatural and fight. It was just not his cup of tea.
However, after what happened today, he cursed himself for being so ignorant. He has the system, he has a cheat to learn any skill and he was a reincarnated man with the mind of a freaking adult! Even though he brags so much, he realized that he was also a pussy to stand against the unknown.
As a person who always steps forward with rationality, he was not used to taking the risk that would cost him harm. Well, it was all but a bluff to hide his cowardice.
"Sigh* I am still hesitating after what happened today…" He sighed as he muttered those words.
He then sat on his bed and opened the rewards manual.
"You know what, fu*k it."
He took one final sigh and pressed the YES button.

Suddenly a surge of information started to enter his brain while his body also started itching. However, the pain he was expecting didn't come especially in his left eyes where the mystic eyes had been implanted. It might have something to do with his mental resistance, who knows.
To give his body a rest, he lied down and let the body experience a new set of skills and abilities. All the information about respective skills started entering his brain.
However, he was particularly excited about his new abilities like mystic eyes and inventory.
"Oh man, that was tiring," Seiya exclaimed and scratched his head. For some reason, he was a little tired but his body was feeling good like taking a bath after a long tiring day. His parameters were increased and he received so many new skills.
"Let's check the inventory." He first chooses the inventory function to test.
First, he called the inventory, and a window hologram with slots appeared in front of him. Thank god, it doesn't require any points or other bullshit like extra system points to store. It just can't store any living being and that's all.
Now the real deal was his mystic eyes.
"Yosh, let's do this." He stood from his bed and took a deep breath. Upon receiving the ability, he knew how to use the ability.
So he closed his eyes and then opened.
The bright normal room changed as every single object was now had white lines or orbs at different parts.
He had read Tsukihime so he knows how Mystic Eyes of Death Perception works but seeing the opposite which is Mystic Eye of Life Perception was a new experience.
Unlike lines that Shiki could see, Seiya was seeing were white orbs connecting with lines. He guessed that those orbs must be what 'life' actually is. Even the broken phone in his pocket had white orbs in it.
"Sigh* This is not the correct place to use this ability," Seiya muttered and decided to switch off this ability.
He was not an idiot that he would use any random object to use this ability. He knew the significance of this ability and the consequences connected to it. If he used it in his room then he might have destroyed everything and then a lengthy questionnaire would be waiting for him to answer his family.
Plus, it seemed like that eye was sucking the energy from his whole body.
If he calculated it correctly then he could only use this ability at most for five minutes or else he might start suffering incurable damage to his body.
Even though he was optimistic to get stronger, he was not stupid enough to do something reckless and damage his body for nothing.
So he left his room but not before storing that cocaine and skill level-up card before departing to the kitchen.
He was damn hungry after his level up and if he was right then the impurity removal drug he is going to take will also be going to consume his energy. So before he heads out, he has to eat like the shonen protagonist till he is full.
Before heading out, he stored some necessities like a first aid box, food, and water, Ichiya Perfume in case he smell bad along with a new set of clothes and a baseball bat and knife in case he needs to test his ability.
He also left a note in case of his father or aunt came home. Although he was not expecting anyone to come, if they spot him missing then they won't mind contracting even the military to find him.
He then went to the garage and took out his old cycle. Thanks to his dad who was also a clean freak like him and cared for Seiya's belongings, it was in nice shape.
After riding for a while, he finally reached the outskirts of his town and spotted an abandoned hospital.
It was the perfect place for him to test his abilities and skills since no one would bother him.
If he was a normal person then he would be spooked by such a creepy place but not for Seiya. What? Should he be scared? No way. Look, ghosts and those other spooky shit don't exist in his eyes.
(AN: For now.)
He then stored his cycle in Inventory and start walking. The only living being he spotted was a black cat and nothing more.
After walking from door to door, he finally found a room with a bed befitting to consume that weird-ass cocaine at ease.
He then took out a straw and put it on his nose with the other end in the cocaine. He first sighed and prayed that he won't become an addict and then started cracking the drug.
And man, it had a horrible smell like rotten meat. He was also expecting a mental break down but instead, his whole body started jolting with the current. Plus he felt a little sleepy so lied down on the old hospital bed took a nap.
After a while, he finally opened his eyes.
"Aah! What's with this shitty smell?"
He was covered in black goo and he smelled like shit. Even though he was feeling anew, he couldn't believe that he was infesting such a weird thing in his body.
However, he noticed that all of his parameters were increased by 10. Is it because of this drug? That should definitely be the case. Even the wound on his hand was healed.
"I should wash up a little."
He didn't have time to start inspecting his strength so he went to a lab and removed the dirty clothes. Thanks to the water he brought with him, it didn't take long for him to wash his body and then put on a new set of clothes.
Although that little tangent smell was still there, he covered it with perfume so that he could bear it for a while till he reaches his home.
Now, what does a narcissist do after taking a transformation? To see themselves in a mirror and praise their look, of course silly.
"Damn handsome, is this my new form?" Seiya looked at a mirror and noticed that his facial cuts have changed a little or maybe he was hallucinating.
"Well, I will call it my SSJ form, Super *Seiya* Jin form, perfect~." Seiya smiled and nodded.
After praising himself in the mirror for a while, Seiya finally decided to test his skills and abilities before he heads home but then he suddenly started feeling a sudden sense of dire.
"Is it just me or has the temperature suddenly dropped?" He shivered but decided to ignore it since the temperature at nighttime drops like that. No big deal~.
"Nani…" Seiya muttered as he noticed someone or something standing or perhaps floating behind him.
Slowly turning around to take a look, an eerie chill ran down to his spine made him stunned when his eyes fell on the thing, no, the monster that was standing, no, floating in the air!
It had a white transparent body compromised of a skull, a rib cage, and a long spine reaching the ground with no lower body along with two huge claws like hands.
"…the fu*k?"
It was not just his day.
