"Let's go, we don't have much time." Captain didn't reply to Falcon as he himself was feeling quite awful for doing that to the kid.

—— Steve Rogers's P.O.V ——

After tying the kid we continue moving, and in just a few corridors away, our path ended by a gigantic gate made up of Vibranium and Adamantium.

"What now?" Sam asked after fiddling with the Biometric lock.

I brought out a small device which Cable got from the X-men, and stick that device on the lock.

*Blip-Blip* the device made a blipping sound for 30 seconds and broke the Biometric lock. I pushed and tried to open the door

"Sun of a gun! This thing also has a manual lock." Sam shouted while pointing at the keyhole.

"This…there was no mention of such things, anyway we can bring it down," I asked Sam.

"You kidding, right? That thing is made up of two of the strongest metal in the Universe." Sam laughed like I made the biggest joke, which I probably did if I didn't know a few people who can destroy it.

*Shake* Suddenly the gate alongside the whole corridor shook, making me and Sam nearly fall.

*Creak* the creaking sound of the Vibranium/Adamantium gate made both me and Sam retreat back.

Some kind of force started to squeeze the gate with tremendous power.

*Creak-Creak* The gate started folding like a paper sheet, and shot towards us, making us hurriedly roll out of its way

*BAAMM* the gate went through many walls and only stopped when it collided with the forcefield around the Prison

"I take that back, it is breakable," Sam said while gulping down a lump of his saliva.

"Let's go." I moved without waiting for Sam's answer.

"Cap wait, you really want to go inside, didn't you just see what happened." Sam dashed after me and tried to stop me.

"We already know how strong he is," I spoke while continued moving forward.

"Yeah we did, but you know even after believing Reed's theory, I still thought the prison was weakening his powers," Sam explained while following behind me.

"It's too late to go back now, we are already here," I said while pointing towards a cell with a cracked glass window.

Sam's eyes followed my finger and saw what I did. A man sitting on the floor with his back resting on the wall.

We both silently stood before the glass window and waited for the man to open his eyes.

And when he did, we immediately realise why they called him Purple, his eye. They were two glowing orbs of purple, that carried unfathomable weight and power.

I have seen the eyes of many powerful beings, but none gave me the same feeling.

But that's not the only thing I saw inside those eyes, although quick, I saw a flash of recognition that passed in them for a second.

I observed his every movement as he walked to the other side of the mirror, and stood parallel to me.

—— 3rd Person's P.O.V ——

"You know me?" Captain questioned Bryan.

"I know a version of you," Bryan answered Captain calmly while comparing this Universe's Captain to his own Cap.

"So you know me from your own universe, huh?." Captain pondered Bryan's words.

"We fought together in World War II," Bryan said and moved back.

"But I don't remember ever fighting with someone like you in this Universe," Captain questions Bryan again who walked and lays down on his bed.

"Yes, you didn't," Bryan replied while staring at the ceiling.

"What do mean" Captain further enquired, as he removed his cowl, and showed his face alongside his trimmed blonde hair.

Bryan glanced at the unmasked Captain and noticed that Captain looked similar to Chris Evans, but animated.

"Hmm, you can say I'm a Singularity, meaning there is no other version of me in this Multiverse," Bryan answered as he brought his eyes back to the ceiling.

"But how?" Falcon asked instead of Steve.

"Well, there many brings like me, A Singularity. And as for how I became one…well, I was born as one of them" Bryan explained and folded his hands behind his head.

Although Bryan thought his explanation was pretty good, unfortunately for him, he was disappointed as the Captain and Falcon duo didn't understand what he said.

"Forget about that, we came here to free you, but seeing you doing that, I don't think you need our help to escape this Prison." Captain paused for a moment before asking why he came here.

"I wanted to recruit you to our cause, but seeing you like that, I don't think you have any interest in joining us."

"Yep, no interest at all," Bryan says as continues staring at the ceiling.

"Then, why did you destroy that gate for us," Captain asked in confusion.

"No particular reasons other than annoying Stark." Bryan's nonchalantly replied which made Captain and Falcon Speechless at his casualness —— You don't casually destroy a gate made up of two of the strongest materials ——

"One last question," Captain says, but Bryan didn't really care.

Captain took Bryan's silence as a go-ahead and spoke his last question in a grave tone. "Why are you not leaving this prison, and returning to your Universe? Are you planning on doing something in this Universe?" Steve's question finally made Bryan stop staring at the ceiling and looked into Captain's eyes.

Captain had a grave expression as he was wondering if Bryan has some bad intentions towards their world.

Bryan scoffed at Captain's suspicion as if he would ever tell his masterplan like some third-grade villain, well if he ever had one that is.

But after pondering Captain's question, he decided to tell him about Beyonder.

Normally he wouldn't, but after forcing his body with Time Manipulation to adapt and assimilate the Power-Stone energy. He became quite confident in escaping from Beyonder with his current 3-A: Universe level power, or well at least from the nerfed Beyonder because the Pre-retcon Beyonder was in a different league.

Pre-retcon Beyonder could fuck super saga Vegeta and Goku like the goblins fucking newbie Adventurers in Goblin Slayer.

Post-retcon is strong, but not that strong.

He should be between the lower Mulitiversal level and the Higher Multiversal level, unlike the Pre-retcon who was on 1-A: Low outerversal level.

Bryan himself reached the Universal level, and if the Soul-Stone was working here, he would have reached the peak of the Universal level.

But Bryan didn't waste time on that, instead, he started absorbing the Unique energy of the Negative Zone.

And after he's done absorbing and assimilating this energy, he should be able to control Anti-Matter, and with his Cosmic Manipulation giving him the ability to control Matter, he will have both Matter and Anti-Matter in his arsenal.

That's also the reason he's not leaving the prison for any other place.

"…Earth to Purple." Falcon's voice brought Bryan out of his thoughts.

"Ahmm, where were we?" Bryan questioned after clearing his throat.

"You were telling us why you didn't leave the prison," Falcon replied, and Captain nodded in agreement.

"Ahh yeah, I'm not leaving the cell because I got injured when I entered this Universe and had been healing myself since then, but there is also another reason." Bryan stopped speaking mid-sentence he felt Reed and Tony Approaching them.

"The person who injured me is also secretly manipulating this whole "Civil War", and Hulk's exile." Bryan continued speaking after slowing Reed and Tony down with his Telekinesis.

"WHAT!" Falcon shouted with a shocked face, unlike Captain who hide it behind his expressionless face.

"Yes, but it's time for you two to leave as Tony and Reed are approaching this cell." Bryan's words brought out the duo of their sock, and ask a few more questions, but Bryan didn't answer any more and closed his eyes, making them leave in disappointment.

Tony and Reed entered Bryan's cell, and tried to interrogate Bryan, but when they felt their Neck suffocating suddenly. They quickly stopped questioning Bryan and immediately left his cell.

"So much for super geniuses, didn't they see what I did to the gate," Bryan muttered and closed his eyes again.
