Chapter 13 Production Starts

Listening to this everyone was pumped up and excited to work and give it there all and I added, "If someone works great, he or she would be promoted to higher positions even its male or female. And if anyone have any questions feel free to ask."

Then a Hand is raised, seeing this I nodded to continue.

Ajay: How long will it take for us to see the first batch of paper?

Prince Arjun: An excellent question. With our efficient process, I anticipate that we'll have the first batch ready for inspection within the next 15 to 20 days..

Pooja: Your Highness, what kind of plants will we be using for the fibers?

Prince Arjun: Great question. We'll be primarily using cotton, hemp, and bamboo fibers. These plants are abundant in our kingdom and offer excellent raw material for paper production.

Ajay: How many sheets of paper can we produce in a day?

Prince Arjun: Our target is to produce at least 1500 sheets a day initially. As we optimize our process and increase efficiency, we hope to scale up production.

Pooja: Your Highness, you mentioned a pulping process. Can you explain that in simpler terms?

Prince Arjun: Certainly. The pulping process is where we break down the fibers into a soft, mushy mixture. Think of it like preparing a curry, where each ingredient blends together to form a rich base.

Ajay: What about the waste from this process? Are we considering environmental impact?

Prince Arjun: A crucial concern, and I appreciate your awareness. We will implement waste management practices. Leftover fibers and by-products will be repurposed for other uses, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

Pooja: Your Highness, what specific role do you see for us workers in ensuring the quality of the paper?

Prince Arjun: An integral role! Your attention to detail is crucial during each step. From raw material preparation to the final inspection, you ensure that every sheet meets our quality standards.

I took a notice to them, as they were asking questioning. On asking them I got to know that Pooja is Female workers Representative or leader. the number of female workers here are 21

and the rest are mans as there is no LGBTQ now and Ajay was The most youngest that is only 21 and the most intelligent. He was also the face of youth in the group.

Answering all these questions, I smiled as they understood the whole process of paper-making. Now, I just have to train them. So, I showed them a practical way to produce paper so that they could understand it properly.

After all the Theory work and questioning, we had lunchtime. Later, at around 2:10 p.m., paper production started in full force. Although there were many mistakes, as time progressed, the number of mistakes started to decrease. I was very happy to see the start of paper production, the beginning of revolutionizing the world, and the path to make India a superpower.

It had been 8 days, and the efficiency had increased from 600 papers to 900 papers. I know that by the end of around 13-18 days, all the workers would become more efficient, and production efficiency would reach up to 1500 to 1600 papers daily.
