I hope you like the chapter pretty short sorry about that but no reason as to why. I added an OC cause, and no, there will be no romance, so do not worry about that. I am thinking of making this a multiverse FF, and I am thinking of Vero traveling the Multiverse after finishing the Ant arc. Leave a comment on your thoughts. (4 Months)

Well, it has been four months since Gon and Killua went into Greed Island, and I have been making bank. I am a trillionaire. It's not even funny how rich I got. I could buy all of York City and more, but I am a simple guy and will save up and gamble. Yeah, I now have a gambling problem, but hey, it's not like I do not have money, so yeah, there's that. I also made a couple of new spells, but I will tell you later because I have only done a few things in these four months except make money and gamble online or in person. Still, I have upgraded Yuki by making him a seames cat, and I am working on making him a brother. Right now, I am just working on some orders and some other things as a side project.

Walking over to my workstation, I sense someone passes through my barrier and passes all of the runes that I put around my base. Confused as to who came through, I cast a sensing spell and found a small but powerful life force walking around my base. Teleporting near them, I see a girl around my neck looking around with interest at my pass. She quickly looks at me, so I put more magic in my presence, hiding runes, and she looks confused.

Looking at her, I follow as she wonders with really no plan and just looks around from my greenhouse to my training ground. She seemed lost, to be completely honest, so I got close behind her.

Vero: "What are you doing here, miss," I whispered in her ear. She jumped in fright, and Roundhouse kicked me in the face as I got kicked into the ground.

Girl: "Has no one ever told you to never sneak on a NEN user, dumbass, and how could you scare a girl not polite have your parents taught you anything," she said, blushing in embarrassment.

Vero: "I am sorry, but what are you doing in my home? You came into the house and expected me to be polite to a trespasser and parents. I am an orphan, so no, I have not had parents, so what do you want to, and who are you," I said, annoyed because that kick really hit even if I had my armor on.

She looked guilty for a second and then turned away, looking around and ignoring me, and she looked like she was thinking of something to say. I have Yuki on stand-by if she did anything.

Girl: "My name is Pila Bulia, and I just saw people ignoring this place and wondered why. When I asked them, they seemed confused as to what I was saying and that there was no place, and when I pointed, they said that it was an empty plot of land," she said, looking around.

I see that to ordinary people, it is empty, but NEN users can still see it, so I have to work on hiding this place better.

Vero: "Well, hello, Pila Bulia. My name is Vero, and this is my home. I hide it from non-NEN users cause, and I will ask you to leave, please, " I said, as I motioned for him to follow.

Pila: "Can I stay? This place seems really cool," she said, looking upset and surprising me.

Vero: "No, sorry, but you must go. I do not want to babysit some random kid, and you must have parents who are worried about you," I said, looking back at her.

Pila: "Please, and I do have parents. They do not even love me that much. They love my older and younger siblings more. I am an outcast for the most part. They forgot about me a lot, and I had to learn NEN by myself. It's not fair, so I left home, and now I am here," she said, looking sad. I know she is pulling on my heartstrings, but how could I leave her when she looked so sad.

Vero: Fine, but you don't have to bother me. You can stay, and I will set some rules for you," I said, signaling for her to follow me.

Making it home, I walked because I did not fully trust this girl, and I pointed at the guest room for he to stay and some other part of the house she could go and not go, and for the most part, she seemed thankful and did not pry too much. So I gave her a few changes of clothes for now and said that we could go shopping for more at a later date and not ask me why I had female clothes because I would give you an answer.

Going back to my workshop, I continued working on my client's armor and other tools. After a while, I finished and worked on some side projects like making new RUNES and getting more MANA from the air.

Description: I made a spell that makes me immortal for only three hours, and when time runs out, I can not use it for five days.

Mana Usage: Low ~ Mid

Description: I can make a spear of light or many and send them flying like target missiles.

|Mana Pen|

Mana Usage: Low

Description: I made a tool to liquify my mana to write on stuff that I am adding runes, and they last as long as if I were to use my blood.
