I didn’t know if it was the magic of Rome, or me being with my friends, or being able to wake up in the arms of the man I loved, but that trip made me a different person.
I could feel it.
I was living for the moments I had with Aiden. The laughs, the looks, the kisses and our time alone together.
There were many great memories we all had as a group. Swimming in cold water at night, running through the streets, drinking each wine we could find, tasting all the good food…
But the craziest one for me was jumping off a cliff. I remember when we stopped and rented a car. I innocently thought that we were there to watch the amazing view in front of us and I couldn’t have been more wrong.
When Aiden and Enzo took off their t-shirts and the girls joined them shortly after, I froze for a moment since I didn’t understand what they were doing.
I looked at Aiden for support and he started laughing.
"You should see the look on your face," he said.
